We were very excited to open our second store location in southern California. While searching…read morearound for companies to make signs for the new store we came across Meiji Sign. Anna and her team were very helpful in the process of making our store signs. They were very patient in explaining to us the different types and quality of the materials available for the style of signs we wanted. They were very clear about how long the color of the signs will last from being in the sun. Their prices were very reasonable. We were able to get two signs of the same exact design for the price of only one sign if we had used another company. On top of all things, they were very diligent in helping us taking care of the paperwork involved for permits and meeting the City of West Covina's sign requirements. We worked with Mei to print our "Konicom Data Recovery No Data No Charge" banners for the inside of our store glass walls. She was very professional and understood what we had wanted and delivered the banners in a very timely matter. Anna and Jason were very professional and on top of designing our business cards and business poster cards. We only had to provide the information we wanted on the cards and briefly describe the type of design and feel we would like. They did all the rest! They were able to come up with very creative and professional designs for business cards and poster cards. The prices were very reasonable, and the print quality was excellent. They were able to deliver the cards in a timely matter. As a business trying to get a second store location up and running in a city we are less familiar with, we were very grateful that this process was in great hands, and we had one less thing to worry about. We would definitely recommend them and use their services for future business needs.

So much better than the more common printing services like Walgreens and Staples, in my experience. And I think the prices are definitely reasonable!

*update* my packages were sent out wrong! Ugh…read more I had the worst experience at this location and I will never return. I went here 2 days ago with my fiance to drop off my Vinted go order and the lady working was beyond rude. (Unfortunately didn't get a name but she was a Hispanic mid aged lady) First, she had a problem scanning my item; told me maybe they didn't pay, I should reprint labels because I probably didn't print them right etc. (weird cause I never had any issues before when I came here and got helped by someone else but I went with it cause what do I know) she re printed my labels rudely, was lazy and handed me to put them on the packages "properly" since she said I did it wrong. She then Scanned, said it wasn't working again and she had no idea to help me. So then I googled what to do while she walked in the back room to attend to her kids who were playing and doing homework while she worked upfront. I was so confused and frustrated that Online said to try another location so, I left. Went to another location 10min away- they were closed. Checked my email and all my packages said they were scanned into the system and ready to ship YET I had my packages with me. I immediately called the lady back to tell her she scanned them in and she said "oh yeah someone else had a problem after u so just come bring them back they should be fine",, "it's a system problem and I shut down the systems to reset it." I came back less than 10 min after I called at 5:43pm and they close at 6pm. The door was locked!!! All lights off!! I called 5 times and she forwarded my call each time. I stood outside banging on the door for over 6mins . We could hear and see her kids running around in the back in the dark. She finally arrived at the door after banging on the glass door and calling over and over and said "oh sorry the door automatically closes after a certain time" took my packages, smiled, and walked away back inside; yet the open sign was off, all lights off, door locked etc more than 15min early til closing time after she knew I was coming back to drop off packages. She doesn't seem like she likes what she does. Working in customer service is not for her. She made my experience horrible. horrible customer service and wasted my time. I will not return to this location. I will instead go down the street to San Marino. I could of got in trouble with Vinted and could of been out of money if my packages didn't get delivered properly, this wasn't cool and she had no idea to help. Training staff to help customers efficiently is very important and also to be welcoming and kind!!
