I wanted to share this information with my community. I found this business doing a Google search. When I called, Cesar answered and was super nice. I asked him if I could come in for pricing. He welcomed me in right away. The print shop is easy to find, it is so clean, and above all Cesar was so welcoming. He listened to what I needed. I told him I wanted to hand these out to our community. He printed a sample and instead of charging me, made a donation of 200 postcards! Was not open during posted hours. Knocked and called to no answer. No notice on the door that hours were restricted.

I had a rush job to print color posters for a conference that started tonight. I called El Monte Printing and Cesar helpfully walked me through the prices, print size options, and weight of paper. Everything was straightforward. He even printed two test copies (no charge) so I could choose the weight of paper and glass/no gloss. Between the time I called, the time it took me to send him the digital file and drive to the shop, everything took about an hour. Unbelievable! The print quality was excellent. But the five stars are 100% because of how helpful Cesar was. At other print shops like Kinkos or UPS, it's hit or miss if you get someone who is knowledgeable. But this is a small business, owned and operated by Cesar. You can tell how much pride, experience and heart he has for his shop. read more
