From supporting my mom's small business/restaurant to any of my personal needs for work and wedding planning - he is always prompt and provides the highest quality. I should also add, I'm usually the one designing all of my own materials without a professional program such as Adobe Photoshop and Scott goes out of his way to ensure and basically redo my designs to make sure when it's printed it's of the highest quality. Other print shops will make me resize it or redo myself which I cannot without those programs. He helped to make my moms restaurant look minimalistic and effective, which is what we wanted. So, when my dad passed away, I had reached out to Embrace Prints to create some posters of my dad to memorialize him and to also display them during the services, and I'm truly grateful I did! I had set up an appt to meet with him, and brought along a stack of the best photos I had of my dad, and he assured me he would take care of the rest. I could tell right away he was courteous, professional, and executed his work with pride. Needless to say, we were all very impressed by the finished products. Not only did he take time to deliver the posters to Rose Hills for the services, he went the extra mile to copy the photos onto a CD so that the pics could be displayed around the teleprompters during the services.
