I was a walk-in customer to this graphics/promotions business around the end of 2008. I needed some good quality business cards for a decent price. I met with Gina who was nice and friendly. I had a basic design for my business card from my previous Yellow Page ad but wanted it changed up a bit. Stubbies helped me out with it, gave me three proofs, fast proofs, like around the next day! I decided on the last proof and went with it. I had ordered 1000 glossy B&W 16 point thickness and they came in a really long box. Turn around time was about 1 week. I went in 2 weeks ago because I needed business cards.As I walked in to their tiny buisness building which looked like a mess and very unorganized.There was this Older lady sitting there with her hands crossed and she tilted her head with her glasses half way down off her nose. And just starred at me... It was clear that obviously I had to say something first as she gave me this stupid rude look like YES!!!!! What do you need!!!!! So I stood there at the door with a smile and said hello? The lady still sitting down didn't say anything.... I walked in a little closer to her and she said can I help you? ALL Rude , it was clear that she didn't want me there...the vibes were so bad I almost walked out. I said yes I would like pricing and this guy sitting all the way at the back turned around and said I already emailed them to you very loud and rude. (He must of recognized my voice and the order I wanted to place because I had called earlier that week) and I said OK well I'm ready to get them and I need assistance . He then asked if I had everything ready and I said I would like for them to design them for me.So he then said rudly well you have to talk to Lisa about that. And I said who is Lisa? He pointed behind me to her.I turned around and it was that RUDE lady that didn't wanna deal with me....actually both of them didn't. And I felt extremely uncomfortable and I felt that they were prejudice because the way they both looked at me was disgusted . I should of walked out then but I really needed this done and I can't figure how to do online so I prefer in person. so I unfortunately dealt with their discrimination. Lisa kept asking me if I could afford it in a twisted way,i straight out told her, I'm giving you what I want, if you can't deliver it I'll go somewhere else . she rolled her eyes in front of me and said I'm advising you what is better.and that she is limited. Which I never asked her opinion. I already know what I want. and I guess obviously what I was asking for was to much for her to do. I needed the thickest business cards they have, matte black and gold foil. Anyways she said she would give me proofs to select from.so I left..... She sent me one email last week and I sent her back what I wanted fixed, which were minor might I add.and she has not got back to me since. No phone call or anything.... What kind of people run a business like this? I RUN/Manage MULTI MILLION DOLLAR company and would never do business like them, and I in fact no longer would like to work with them due to lack of custom service and their tiny knowledge for business cards. I guess if you don't look white they give you hard time so that they won't have to deal with you and they discourage you from doing business with them like the way they did to me.
