We needed some new business shirts on short notice and Erica came to our rescue once again!! She's so wonderful to work with! I stopped by with the shirts we wanted to use and some ideas and in less than 10 minutes we had a rough idea planned out! My Grandson was turning 1 and I was in charge of the birthday backdrop and sign. I first reached out the another company to do the vinyl decals for me, only to be met with obstacle after obstacle, the biggest problem being that my design was in a JPG format. They told me I had to turn it into a vector format, something I've never done. I ask for their help and it quickly became apparent they had no more of an idea of how to do that than I did. Fortunately my second call was to FSP Designs! Erica answered the phone and I told her what I needed and explained my formatting problem, she said "no problem, just change it to a PNG format", nice, someone who knows what she'd doing, it couldn't have been easier! I submitted my project, approved it, and quickly got a reply that it was ready. Well design is clearly not my thing because when I got home with the decals, I realized I'd not only made one mistake in what I'd sent them, I'd made several, and they revealed themselves one after another each time I'd pick up the finished pieces. But Erica, and everyone at FSP Designs was so patient, kind, and helpful when it came to correcting my mistakes. They totally went above and beyond to make sure that my project came out perfect! After being a loyal customer for many years and using Matt and FSP for all our clothing and accessory needs we sadly have to part ways. The ladies working the front desk and phone orders are very rude, a mistake was made on our order and the entire staff is fighting with me saying the mistake is my fault when it clearly could have been easily resolved on there end. Over the past few years there quality has gone down and professionalism even worse. Unfortunately a lot of the smaller "screen printing shops" in Monrovia use FSP designs to print there products. So I ordered a uniform through a parent portal provided from your company, and what we received was a laughable costume, I thought FSP had QUALITY material and designs, and for the price it should have been! But I was horribly manufactured! Which is not a problem , mistakes happen. But what does FSP do to correct the situation?... they request for the uniforms back to "INVESTIGATE" them and end up keeping the uniform and say their only gonna give 50% of the money back!?!?!! I went in told them what I wanted done and I had a quote emailed to me in less than a few hours. I ordered on a Tuesday and the hoodies were done on that Saturday by 3 o'clock.
