Minus 3 stars because whoever is the sales associate at the front of the store hardly greets people coming here or selectively greets who they want to smh. 2 stars because this is a convenient location and I sometimes stop by to browse when I come to this mall to see a movie. But then again, they have better upkeep of clothing selection when buying on PacSun's website and I get free shipping with the John Galt brand so I'll mainly stick to buying online for clothing pieces I like. Came into the store today, I came in looking for essentials fear of god brand and I found what I wanted however they do have the clothes locked, none of the employees were available to help as they were busy with another customer so I went and made line in the cashier and it was a pretty long line, once we got to the register we asked for the product and the girl at the cashier said we would have to make line again and there was about 10 people or more in line. I told her "hey I don't think that's fair if I waited for a product that is locked up in the back, if you guys can please just get it and help me check out as I also waited just like everyone else to get their product" the girl then said "If we even have it", I told her "you do I just saw it" (the girl with the hair tied back) , she then rolled her eyes. I let it go.. but after another worker was sent to the back to get the shirt when he came back; the girl with the hair tied back proceeded to ignore us she stopped checking people out in the register when we were next to go just so she would not serve us, because right after we were checked out by Cassidy she begins checking more people out as there is a long line and she just did not want to help us out at all, very rude and had so much attitude. I asked Cassidy what her name was (the girl with the hair tied back) and she did not want to tell me, it is clear they know they did something wrong and she was being very rude. So here are the girls who were very very rude and the one who refused to help us. I'm really happy with my experiences with this store. I went in the first days of March to do an exchange and was helped by Trinity. She made my return process super easy and smooth. I called a couple days after for clarity on some questions and was really thankful to be met with patience and thorough help. Following that phone call, I had to go in store again for another return and was happy to be helped by Trinity again and thrilled to find out she was the gal helping me on the phone. I needed help with an exchange and she said, "Oh yeah, I remember talking on the phone with you and your question about this!" Shoutout to Trinity! She is manager material. Her quality level of customer service is rare; the kind that is disappearing these days. Overall the store was clean, organized, and stocked. The kids working in this store needs to be retrained on customer service 101! No basic skills to even work at a pop up store yet a lot to a store like this. ZERO skill all together. Visited there on 12/28 - 3 workers were blocking one section and not even greeting their customers. That's correct, we are your customer. They had so many mismatch promotions that critical thinking or common sense was even used. One rack on the back had buy one get one 50% off. Purchased two of the dresses from the same rack and when we got to the cashier, the cashier said each dress has its own promotion. One of the dress is buy one get two free from a rack full of goodwill like items and the other dress has the buy one get one 50% on second item. So we purchased a skirt to get the discount. Then we left. Checked the receipt and the cashier did not even apply the discount on the 3rd item! Went back to the store and told the same cashier that we're missing the 50% off. She turned us over to her manager who is an Asian lady (super rude!) and gave us mix information. In the end, she put the receipt inside the bag and walked away - did not even put the rest of the items we purchased back in the bag. No apologies, no accountability, nothing. Again, these kids need to go back to school or basic training. They act like they work at some high end brand and walk around with a chip on their shoulders. If you didn't have customers, you wouldn't have a job so take care of your customers - that is your responsibility! Don't act like it's a privilege for us to shop at that store. Do Not shop at this pacsun, the manager there is extremely rude and racist. His name is Sean ID number 537832. I purchased a $20 tshirt, showed my wife and she didn't like the color, it was within 10 mins of purchase I went back to return the item. It was brand new with receipt and tag. He refuse to make the return in a very rude manner which everyone in line was looking at me. Just because I tried it on like EVERYONE do. He gave me this nasty look and refuse to make the return. It's just $20 but the attitude got me really angry. It was so embarrassing when there is a line looking at you while you get denied when you did nothing wrong, I showed him the pacsun policy All items returned within 60 days with the original receipt will be refunded based on the original form of payment. Any items returned after 60 days or more after purchase date will be credited for the price paid either in the form of a merchandise credit or merchandise exchange. He then said I don't want to make the return just because I can, pacsun has the right to deny all returns. He literally said he just don't feel like it. Again in front of all those people. I will do my best to expose this person to everyone and the media that this store is so racist that they do things the way they feel like it. Please do not shop here. My friend and I were looking at Jean shorts and we got an email about a promotion buy over 25 get 10 off. However, we didn't know if it applied to the Jean shorts because in stores the shorts were buy one get one 50% off. We were not sure if you can stack it. So my friend wanted to try to purchase the shorts online and try to apply the coupon to see if it works, so she took out her phone and was scrolling through Pacsun's website. An associate comes by next to us to clean up the shorts because they were stacked incorrectly and then he said to us "we don't do price match here." I find that really rude because he probably thinks we are trying to find a cheap deal or something. It is disrespectful to assume whatever it is we are doing. We didn't even ask him anything he glanced at my friend's phone and made that comment. It really brought the mood down because we were caught off guard so we just left the store. On pacsun it says you can use a E-gift card all you have to do is print it out but this pacsun didn't even bother trying they just said no, I called another pacsun in Covina and they said they would do it. This Sunday 5/26 I bought 3 piece of clothes in 2 separate order, the total was over $100. The staff that helped me checkout didn't tell me there was a $20 off promotion when customers spend over $100. I heard the promotion from another customer. However, I was running late so I didn't go back and talk about it. The day after on Monday night, I decided to return 2 of the clothes cuz they didn't fit me that good. When I went back to the store around 8:15pm and told the staff that I want to return the clothes, the staff smelled the clothes and said there were some dog hairs and smoke smells on the clothes. I took the clothes back to check them cuz I knew I only tried them once at home. The employee called another associate to check it and she called it gross . GROSS? Is that the appropriate word to reject a certain service. She could have said anything but that right in front of me. I really hope they would consider the words coming out of their mouth. Honestly I am not complaining about the fact that I did not get my return, I am just so enraged by the inappropriate comment. I've never encountered any sales associate that is this rude. The employees are very rude. They had a promo clearly stating: "buy 1 and get 2 free MIX AND MATCH" meaning you can by 1 from any section and mix and match free with two tee shirts. According the the first cashier he stated you can mix and match with anything except gender. It did not make sense because I got a woman pants and my two brothers got a men tee. Afterwards a young woman in her mid 20s came telling us that we can only get from the same gender the items, and mix male and female clothes for the promotion in a rude way. My mom insisted it did not make sense because how is is possible to mix and match but with your own gender? But the guy clearly stated you can do it with anything in the store But ignored it the girl lastly said "We aren't going to give you anything for free". I did get upset about this because she was giving attitude and threw the clothes I was already going to get for both female and male items. My daughter and I went to the store this past Saturday to return an item and purchase some pants she had seen online. When we didn't see the pants at the store, we asked the sales associate who was working the floor. Although she did look, she said the they had completely sold out of the item. Disappointed, we went to the cashier to return the item. I was interested in the sweater so I wanted to take the sweater and show it to my wife shopping at the sale section in the back, and I was stopped by a staff and she told me I need to put it back because she doesn't wanted it "gone missing" and I can't try them on, very rude for them to treat me like I am a theft or I can't afford it. There are always promotions going on but I never seem to need to buy whatever it is PacSun is marketing. I did notice that there were headphones on sale here. I went to this store on Thursday November 11th around 5:15 PM. As I walked in, I noticed they had the music on quite loud. However, what truly surprised me was the fact that I was then quickly bombarded with the "F" word, the "N" word, the "B" word, and more, NUMEROUS times in the song they were playing! In fact, they were playing the song "No Role Modelz" by J. Cole. And, this was the explicit version of the song. The store manager or owner, or regional manager should listen to this song and determine how appropriate you think this song is for your customers. I am quite shocked that they would play that song in front of its customers. There were several kids and families in the store. In fact, I noticed at least 3 or 4 kids in the store that appeared to be under the age of 10. And, I had my 13-year old son with me as well. I did not appreciate such an unprofessional environment. Fuck the white dude who was working there on 11/22 Friday morning. I went there to return a pair of jeans. He sounded stuck-up and unkind as if he wasn't happy I was returning an item. It was an item I literally bought a day before. The jeans had original tag and I provided the receipt. So what the fuck is his problem and that attitude ? I have always bought my jeans at pacsun for 5 years and I buy them in bunches! but cause of the summer they were running low on denim jeans. I decided to buy one in the store tried it in store and thought it would work. I then went home and tried it on again and notice a foul smell coming from the jeans(assuming that it was the dye) as well as the black dye rubbing off.
