Champs Sports - Showing my Los Angeles Lakers spirit and Lebron James-Anthony Davis Lakers jersey 2-28-20!!! - Men's Clothing Near Me - Arcadia, California

While shopping at Champs Sports, my son unexpectedly had a nosebleed. One of the associates, Kristi (or Christie), went above and beyond to help us. She immediately brought paper towels and continued to check on him with genuine care and concern -- not just once, but over 10 times. Her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a stressful moment so much easier. We're incredibly grateful for her compassion and support. Champs is lucky to have someone like her on the team! read more

Whoo! If you've followed my hunt for my boyfriend's adidas shoes, you'll understand how stressed I was that everywhere sold out of the NMD R2's! Carlos and Mike were extremely helpful and showed me both sizes. These shoes run a lot bigger so I was able to get the half size smaller. My boyfriend was super excited and loved them! I also bought adidas socks from here and turned them into a bouquet of flowers. Definitely one the best services I've received here! read more

Had Andrew helped me he was very helpful with my budget and got me some nice stuff for my msn thank you so much !! Need more workers like this Give him a tip or raise lol read more

Was having a rough morning but Thank you to the employee for holding the Black/Black NIKE Air maxes, very smooth transaction, in and out within 5mins, appreciate you dude and thanks Jazmin as well read more

I've shopped here several times. More than half of the time though, I order online and have them ship it to this store so I save on shipping costs. I ammm starting to think that the Champs company is a bit screwy. I entered a raffle for the Retro Jordan Bred 4's and the guy there said he needed to write down my Drivers License number on the ticket. I asked why and his response was, "when you use your credit card how often do you notice that the sales person doesn't match your face with your card's picture?" What does that have to do with anything? So someone else with the same name as me is going to come pick up the shoes? WTF! Service: good read more

Backdoor managers work here. There was a specific shoe i wanted I knew it was in stock. But they denied they even carried it. I hate resellers and fraudulent employees. Never will I step a foot in here read more

Terrible experience, walked in looking for some shoes, was not acknowledged the whole time I was in the store not even a simple hello, employees just looked at me and kept talking to themselves as if I wasn't the only customer in the store. Would not recommend. read more

A big latino dude helped me today, I forgot the guys name but very cool man and very patient. Bought a couple of air maxes and running shoes I was looking for! read more

Came in today to look at a pair of nike trainers they had on a huge display in front of their store. I asked the associate to try a pair on and he disappears in the back for about 5 mins. Comes back out with the completely wrong shoe, and tried to convince me they were the same ones I was looking at in a different color. After showing him that they were in fact not the same shoe, he runs in the back and comes back out after another 3-4 minutes or so. This time with the right shoe in the wrong color, and tells me they are out of stock. After going home without any luck I went on champs website and pulled up the exact shoe I was looking for in the right color and what does it say? "ready for local pickup @ Santa Anita" Waste of time going in, also prices were cheaper online than in the store. read more

Omg love this place I got here just to look around but ended up buying 3 shoes for me for my hubby and my little son. Too many varieties and decent prices. Recommended. read more

In the midst of crazy holiday shopping, Mike delivered Customer service that is out of this world. I have became a champs fan. Go Lakers

I couldn't have asked for worst service here. Everyone was brief, short, inattentive and unprofessional. There's so many other shoe stores in the mall, miss me at this one. read more

Quintus is such a horrible sales. He did not say one word to me when i made my purchase.

Waited over 20 minutes to return an item. They had 2 employees working on a holiday. Really? Bad management running this store. Will never come back here and buy shoes again. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Octavio is very rude with costumes that need to exchange shoes. His job is to take care of the costumes needs not to question why I don't have a receipt , where the person bought the shoes etc. Octavio your job is to make your costumers happy , follow the champs written policy and don't ask stupid questions. If you want to be a detective the police is hiring. read more

Couldn't believe that a huge corporate store like this wouldn't train their employees on something their store relies on "customer service". Went into do a simple transaction and the manager of all people was by far the most unhelpful person there and even walked away from me as we were still in the middle of talking like he didn't give a damn about me. But as I see others have had the same problems at this location reading these yelp reviews. Stay away from this store if u want bad service and especially Tommy the manager read more

As we came into the store, we were greeted by the staff warmly. One staff member, Caleb, was very attentive to our needs. Caleb explained the difference in the shoes we were looking at so my husband could make an informed decision. Due to Caleb's attention to detail and customer satisfaction, so many other stores offering same products, we will shop here again. Thank you Caleb! read more

Some employees need to work on their product knowledge. Was looking for a shoe and the employee was very disrespectful when he didn't know the difference between ultra boost and uncaged. He was very condescending when talking to me and my girlfriend. I also felt discriminated against due to my ethnicity. Smh what is this world coming to... read more

I usually do not like to shop at champs because the service is usually bad. However, my boyfriend wanted to come check out some shoes so I agreed. I was looking for a Nike Air Max Ultra Moire (mint green), and they only had size 10 in that location. The man that was helping me, Adam, was calling everywhere for me (Foot Locker & Champs). I ended up getting a pair at Lakewood, thanks to Adam! read more

A lot of shoe stores would have given me a hard time about swapping out a shoe because of a minor issue. I'm kinda particular about things when it comes to white shoes, and they were really awesome here. Sally and Alex took care of me and provided amazing customer service. I'll definitely be coming back to this store again. read more
