Came here to buy a pair of Vans x Harry Potter shoes. I got the Death Mark that says Mosmordre in it. My sister got the Hufflepuff to represent her house. Ari was the one who helped us. We are grateful and happy cause we actually felt welcomed and not a burden cause you know some staffs (other store) would actually be irritated when you asked them for different sizes to try on. read more

Vans - Shoe Stores Near Me - Arcadia, California

Visited this location to get a pair of shoes, all 3 associates didn't greet/acknowledge me or party upon entry, they were too busy talking about places to eat. While picking out some shoes no one came up to ask us if we had questions, I had to walk up to the group of 3 employees to get service. Brought me the shoes requested and didn't even offer to lace them. No longer considering this location. read more

Love vans! They are not too expensive and they are the most stylish and popular skateboard brand out there. Wait for their deals. They just had their buy one get any pair half off back in December and we were there to take advantage. This location is located on the first floor near wetzel and what use to be potato corner. The Arcadia store is on the smaller side but you can always have them order and ship it to the store or your home. The employees are great. You are always greeted and asked if you need help. Join the vans family to start earning points on purchases and unlock discounts. read more

If I see a Vans store I always have to go in and browse to check if they have any good deals on merchandise. This is my favorite brand to wear but I never want to pay full price. On today's shopping spree I found a bright orange winter jacket at 40 percent off that I need for when I head up to the mountains or very cold states. read more

Vans - Keep collecting JAN2025 - Shoe Stores Near Me - Arcadia, California

First of all, let me just express that the customer service and the two gentleman that helped me were at upmost, professional and phenomenal at their job at their customer service capabilities on today of Thursday, March 19 of 2026 at around seven post Meridian pacific . I understand that I at least got a brown bag with handles that had the vans logo on it, but I ordered purchased two pairs of shoes that were obviously going to be too heavy for the brow bag given and within 20 minutes of using said brown bag, it ripped twice the second time being the handle of one of the elements of the brown I was holding the bag. I saw the fact that they had tote bags with vans traditional logo and their logo with the squares and white and black and Vans all over it and I assumed I was gonna get that bag because it was obviously going to be stronger and get from my location of the Arcadia mall to El Monte via my Metro pass. I think corporate and brand wise one should reconsider who would specifically need and want something like the tote bag wise, given to a customer that will be using the bag through the mall and having the brand to be seen by other customers so that they realize that there's a banded shop in the Arcadia mall. I would hope corporate would reconsider using the cheap not well-made brown bags to give to give standard to customers to transfer the product from A to B whether it be car metro Uber, etc.. I'm filling out the survey only for customer service and the two gentleman that helped me today, Thursday, March 19, 2026 at around seven post Meridian pacific time and the two gentlemen that helped me to get 10 out of 10 but satisfaction for the corporation was nil to none none and unsatisfactory and the corporate people and the people that own that Vans shop at the Arcadia Mall should reconsider tossing the brown bags if a customer's paying 60, 80 or $100 for 2 heavy pairs of shoes. read more

I never write these, but shoutout Wendy for helping me. She was super nice and can tell she was working hard with other customers too. She also mentioned the buy one get one half off when I went to the counter, she convinced me once I heard that. Then she proceeded to be patient with me again and helped out. She deserves lunch on the managers or something. read more

Service was great. I came in to return some snowboard boots online. Landon helped me out. He was really cool to talk to and you could tell he loves his job. My situation was a bit tricky since I was returning an online order, but Landon & his coworker were able to handle it effectively. I didn't get to look around much but they had a lot of cool graphic shirts that I tried on. read more

I felt like a ghost as she had me waiting for her help to get a shoe size she was helping someone before me I waited then when finished she disregarded me went to the cashier and I ended up walking up to the cashier waiting for her to help me just to tell me 10 minutes later to ask a guy on the other side who was fixing shoelaces on a shoe to help me. There was also another Asian worker just standing there staring at me from across the room the whole time not offering help either I wasn't even sure if he worked there at first but no one offered any help the customer service has gone so down my experience was terrible. It wasn't even crazy busy. I have never felt so ignored. read more

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but if Emilie doesn't enjoy working here, maybe she should find somewhere else to work. I went in do an exchange on three pairs of kids shoes this morning, and she seemed annoyed the whole time. No friendly greeting, no smile, just looked annoyed. I'll be shopping at a different location from now on. read more

I went to the store & I was getting shoes, while I was about to purchase them I saw that they were dirty. I asked for a discount & I was told that yes I could get the discount but that they will have to just mark the inside of the shoes with permanent marker "just in case i wanted to return them" as it's a no refund when given a discount. I wasn't told it was going to be a big mark & when they marked them they did a whole X with a red marker that now it leaves a stain on my socks. I was upset because they told me it was just going to be a single mark not drastically. They even waited till after I paid to mark them. I have never experienced this @vans. Marking shoes is something I never seen at any shoes company's. When I ask for the manager & supervisor I was told she was both of them, they're was no other one but her. Just save your money & your time coming to this store. read more

My friend wanted to purchase a pair of Vans before his trip to London in a few days. Out of all the stores we've visited last night, Vans was the only store that was too crowded to maneuver (and the mall was fairly empty last night). Mushka seemed to be the only one who was on the floor, helping about 10 customers all on her own. There were two cashiers up at the front doing nothing. I thought it was weird that they just watched while Mushka did all the work. She was a superstar! She handled the chaos so perfectly, and she was so polite and friendly with us. My friend ended up choosing a pair that was part of the display, he even mentioned it to the cashier but the cashier brushed it off and didn't say a word. Normally they'd give a small discount because it's been used, and countless feet have tried it... but they didn't. The only reason I'm writing this review was for Mushka! read more

Daniel is the MANIEL. I've worked many years in retail so I know how crazy it can get on sales floors, especially when there's a high sought after new release like there was when I went in. As crazy as it was that day Daniel did an amazing job attending to not only myself, but many of the other customers in the store trying on shoes. So much so that he was breaking a sweat! Thanks Daniel, you're the real MVP. read more

I'm not the one to write reviews on establishments but I experienced such phenomenal service at this Vans store that I needed to say something. I had purchased classic checkered slip ons at this location along with shoe cleaner and decided to clean my shoes a day before my wedding only to find out the shoe cleaner ruined the black ink on the shoe. I called the store 30 mins before closing explaining my situation and letting them know I was leaving for my wedding the next day and asked for a replacement pair. Not only did Daniel the manager replace my shoes, he replaced them with the "Pro Model" at no extra cost and gave my fiancé a size 66 replica checkered shoe for our wedding. I will forever be grateful to to Vans for hiring such customer obsessed employees. Thank you Daniel for saving the weekend for us. I will forever be a loyal customer. read more

Such great service! I received the most adorable pair of Hello Kitty Vans for Christmas and though it fit, I wanted to see if I could exchange it for a pair that's slightly smaller. I went to this Vans location and although they did not have it, the guy who helped me (I wish I remembered his name!) tried SO hard! Although we both realized they didn't carry it, he went out of his way (even when the store was busy) to make sure i knew what size of similar Vans would be most suitable for me so that next time, I'd be able to know which size to buy. He was SO nice! Checked their inventory, checked their future inventory, told me when they'd have new shipments again, asked his colleagues, and the whole time, kept a very positive attitude. I ended up keeping (and wearing!!) my Hello Kitty Vans, but I will never forget how good customer service is at this Vans store. Keep it up, guys and gals! You have a fan for life! read more

I received $25 voucher on my email valid through 9/2023 for any purchase in store and online,I went to the store and very quick found the shoes I needed for my son ($55) I thought great I can use my voucher, prior to showing said voucher I read email and confirmed I'm able to use it and it states you can show it to cashier during transaction which I did and was told I needed to be log in I genuinely don't remember creating an act. Just like any other place provided my email address to get discounts long time ago anyway I go online trying to create acct while in line and hit "reset password" I never received email while in store so I was told by Hailey to download app because it was easier that way when I tried doing this app wasn't working either and was told by other male cashier his customer standing next to me also had same issue.because their website and app was not working they said they weren't able to honor the $25 voucher because they couldn't verify amount on voucher...hm yes it did said "$25" -___- end up paying $67 and told"I bet when you get home you will get email" read more

My past experiences at this store have always been pleasant. My most recent visit was as well but I was annoyed & irritated by what happened. SIZING- I've been eyeing some old skool's in the imperial blue for a while now. Finally decided to pick up a pair when I went to this mall with my grandmaaa. I asked the guy if I could get a size 6.5 or 7 in womens. He looked at me and said "mmm, I don't think we have these in those sizes. The smallest in womens is an 8 cause these are mens shoes" and he pointed to the wall behind him. In the back of my mind, I'm thinking "wtf, something is not right but whatevs bruh." So I ask him for the standard black and white. Tried them on and told my grams that i'll buy them for now and see if I like them. I can always return them. As I make my way towards the front, I see outta the corner of my eye the same shoe on the boys/kids wall. Cue the whole WAAAAAIT A MIN HURRR. If kiddos can wear them, so can I! Tried the one on display and what was the size on those? 6.5 in womens. The exact pair I bought cause it was the last one. Ugh. SALES- While waiting for someone to bring me out my shoes, I picked up a lil toddler shoe to "oooh and awww" my grandma. We ALL know how cute those damn things are. A sales associate who was near by me and somewhat helped me earlier said that those are for babies... YOU DONT FUCKIN SAY *insert Nicolas Cage meme* She leaves for a few secs then comes back with those keychains that has a super small Vans shoe on it. She then proceeds to try and wow me, like "ooh look how small and cute this is! You can stick a finger in there and play with it, weee!" I dont know how many times I said no thanks, its ok, i'm sure... Like what was the thought process there? See someone pick up a baby shoe, they must think the mini Vans keychain is cute as well so they'll def purchase it?? After she finally got the message, she moved onto helping out the family behind me. The family, who had a toddler, was looking at toddler shoes. She did the same thing to them. LOOK HOW CUTE AND SMALL IT IS, YOUR TODDLERS FINGER WILL FIT IT SO BUY IT FAM! It may just have been a coincidence but I was there for over an hour because of the sizing issue and it was on a Saturday. She didnt try her keychain trick on anyone else prior to trying it on me. FINAL THOUGHTS- Dont touch the toddler shoes and if you're a female with smaller feet, you can be a man if you want -___- read more

I scoured the entire mall looking for soft bottom shoes for my little one and it took coming to vans to find a pair. Service was excellent and the gentleman was kind enough to bring out several sizes for us to try on. Shopping online for shoes I had somewhat of an expected price point to pay but in comparison to the major department store prices I was satisfied paying 25 bucks. Vans, on a side note to your shoes designers coming from a mother, do not create infant shoes that include shoe laces. Think about the hazzards that it could create and the amount of time it takes for a parent to lace them up on an actively kicking baby. Velcro would better suffice. read more

I was highly impressed with my experience at this location today. The customer service that I saw is what every customer longs for. My girlfriend and I were acknowledged as soon as we stepped inside. I came in to look at the shoe selection and I ended up leaving with a pair of shoes and shoe cleaner. Joei was friendly and knowledgeable. She mentioned that if we spent more than $65 before tax, we would receive $25 off our next purchase. The store was pretty neat and orderly. I recommend this store based on their selection of products, helpful sales associates, and tidy store. read more

The Westfield Mall in Santa Anita was insane for back to school. Looked like Christmas but with more frazzled moms and grouchy kids. No service in any store until we got to Vans. There is clearly an amazing store manager here and the expectation for service she sets with her team cannot be overstated. We got amazing service from everyone on staff and especially from one super nice associate who went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I asked an associate to speak to the manager and it turns out, it was the associate who had helped us earlier. Keep up the great job, Jay! This was the first time that I have ever shopped at a Vans shoe store. The first thing that happened when I went in there was that the employee greeted me in a friendly manner. Then when I found a shoe that I wanted to get， another employee eagerly got the shoe size that I wanted. I was getting white shoes. After the employee saw that， he came over and showed me a quick demonstration of their waterproof and stain resistant spray. It was pretty cool and it looked pretty handy so I bought myself a can. Overall my experience was great! It was fantastic! And now I am very satisfied with the shoes that I got. They look really nice. Again great customer service and a great experience. I highly recommend it! read more

Today I went to purchase a brand new pair of shoes for work and regular wear. Since I'm so in love with Vans I went there. I knew I wanted black sinc emy uniform is black and white. So I settled for a pair of black slip ons. I had a girl helping me out and she engaged in conversation right away. I told her I needed a size 9. She came back with 3 boxes. A size 81/2 and 91/2 for the shoe I selected. And a size 9 in the shoe I selected but in white instead of black. She told me that they didnt have 9 in black, so she gave me 3 othe roptions. I thought that very nice of her. She was right and I actually liked the white better. So I bought the white ones. It's rare to find ppl with great customer service now a days. Very organized, even the sales/clearance racks. Had all the sizes I was looking for for the particular shoes I was interested in. I went at a time when there was no one else there, and the staff being extra helpful may have been due to that. However, the lady who helped me was super patient with my indecisiveness. I usually have a good experience here but it only takes one rude worker to mess that up. Derian the cashier was rude. He insulted my tattoo and then was rude during checkout.
