2/11/2026 First time at this location, as I've been to the Irvine Spectrum location only. Out of the two, I like the Pasadena location! More selections too! Irvine Spectrum had limited clothes and colors to try on. Also, the service was not close to what I've experienced at the Pasadena store. Wanted to purchase the new Energy Tee that I absolutely love! Tried on some pants too. Customer service was great! All of them were helpful, but one of the girls helped me and she was checking up on everyone who were in the fitting rooms, making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was very helpful in finding different sizes and colors and styles of clothing. She checked up on me and made sure I was happy before I left the store. I did purchase the Energy Tee in Blue Coast. Love the rich navy blue color! I have several Energy Tee purchases from them over the years. It is soft, comfortable, breathable and great for workouts or even worn as a casual tee anywhere. I'm starting off this review by stating I'm a lululemon purist and I'd normally never find myself at a competitor's store, but I received a gift card from work and I took it as the perfect opportunity to shop here. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pleasantly quiet and not too busy. I mean, who's really shopping at 3PM, am I right? I wasn't greeted upon entry as there wasn't anyone by the door but the moment I asked for help I was immediately assisted. Goodness, I can't recall his name but he was a total sweetheart. Khalil? Khilal? Anyways, I'm writing this review truly because he was so helpful. As a first time visitor, I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options to choose from. There are quite a few options and since it wasn't busy I took my time and tried on a ton of men's and women's apparel before finally settling on the performance jogger. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I think the only issue I had was that they didn't appear to have proper sizing for some of the colors that I wanted most. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience and was even offered a discount for being a first time buyer. Have been super loyal to Lululemon for decades, but my personal ethos no longer aligns with them. Walked into Vuori and was so happy! The quality of the clothing is incredible and stylish and SO comfortable, but what really won me over was the service. Jevoni was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! so kind, patient, and helpful. When one of the items I wanted wasn't available in my size at this location, she went the extra mile by searching online and when no luck, other stores, coordinating with another location, and arranging to have it shipped directly to my home. That level of care and follow-through is rare and so appreciated. Shout out to her awesome hospitality and brand ambassador! On top of that, after doing some research I learned that Vuori is committed to sustainability, which really matters to me. Saying goodbye to my old allegiance to Lululemon and hello to Vuori feels like a perfect fit. (Such a small touch, but they even have cupholders and the dressing rooms so I didn't have to put my coffee on the floor or worry about spilling it.) read more

I waited a few days to write this because I wasn't sure it was worth mentioning, but here we go. I stopped by the store last fall, excited to browse the merchandise, but left disappointed after noticing that everyone around me was being offered assistance while I was not. I even made eye contact with an employee who continued chatting with her colleague behind the counter. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, we all have off days, so I decided to give the store another chance. This past weekend, my husband and I stopped by again around noon, looking for a specific pair of shorts. While searching, I noticed that every customer walking through the door was greeted or helped almost immediately. Once again, no one came by to ask if we needed help, which we did. We left shortly after, and on our way back to the car, my husband mentioned that he'd been there before and had a similar experience and also walked off. While I know Vuori makes quality pieces, I wish that same standard extended to their in-store customer service. I'll most likely never return but maybe that's exactly the experience they intended. read more

I think this is the first review I've ever left for a retail establishment but today's experience totally warrants it. Having worked in stores back in the hey day of retail (stores) I carry a bit of PTSD in general with the store experience/interaction with associates. This Vuori location immediately took me by surprised...helped me shake off these notions! I'll admit, I've been curious/borderline hooked since my first Vuori performance joggers, purchased after traveling with a friend who raved about them after I complimented her cozy, SOFT joggers. They've since become my go-to/most-worn...and held up fantastically. The first sales associate I encountered upon entry (ugh, hate my faltering memory but I believe her name was Tiffany?) immediately greeted me and was SO kind with not only supporting my sharing of my fandom testimonial but guiding me to the other options in that vane. I initially decided to come to this store with a mission to grab some basics for an international trip and glad I did to try-on options (vs. blind-buying online). The entire staff seems like they are genuine fans of the brand...to me it was evocative of the hey day of Lululemon and their service/quality back then. Even the fitting experience was smooth! Gone are those chaotic, impersonal days of messy rooms and unfriendly, unhelpful associates as you're walking out. Rounding out my experience was Kat (Cat?) who helped me narrow down some final choices and had me leaving the store feeling great and wanting to rave about my experience here. Bummed they don't validate for the nearby parking lot, but somehow I was ok (even after finding out my less than 1 hour trip it was $11 given flat rate in that garage Sat/Sun, oop). Stopped by over Black Friday weekend and although the store was pretty busy, the employees were hustling around the store and helping everyone with their questions. I had an exchange to do and although I felt guilty to add any extra time to the longer lines / need of help; Kat made sure I felt assisted and went above and beyond to help out. Even while helping me she answered so many questions from others and even helped her coworkers. All of them seemed very attentive too, although I didn't get their names. Wow! Didn't even notice they had such bad reviews. I like Vuori a lot, and have been to other locations. Came today for a return and to possibly exchange it, but they didn't have the shorts I wanted to exchange for. The store is really nice, product placement is good. But boy oh boy, this customer service is TERRIBLE! I wish I could bold and underline TERRIBLE. The one person who did my return was nice, but that's it! The one working literally watched me while I was in the store as if I was there to steal or something. Was never greeted, asked if I needed help, anything. Pretty terrible experience. read more

I wish the customer service matched the high-quality of clothes..but nope! This was my first time visiting this location and I wanted to buy something nice for myself for my birthday, but I can guarantee I won't be visiting this location again! The staff was more interested in themsleves than helping me! They were "too busy" laughing and having a good time by the register amongst themselves talking about the best food in town. I mean the price you pay for these clothes you'd expect someone to AT LEAST be friendly and ask to assist right away, or help guide to fitting room but nope!! I was by the fitting room waiting for help because I didn't know the protocol and one the workers asks "Are you okay?" making me feel like an idiot. Instead of saying you can just walk right in or let me help you with that since I was carrying lots of clothes, or at least a smile. I was also looking for specific items and had to ASK to be helped and turns out I was more knowledgeable than the workers about their own products..shocker..l've read other reviews at other locations with similar experiences and I guess it's true! My mom also came in later and told me how nobody greeted her or helped her at the front & when walking in! It's a shame because this is a gorgeous store with a lot of selection and items that I bought and adore, but l'd rather shop online and wouldn't recommend returning to face the stuck-up and disinterested attitude. read more

I really hate to leave this type a review for this Brand since the quality of their clothes is awesome. Unfortunately the quality of their customer service does not match the quality of their clothing line. I've been to the Pasadena location on a number of occasions since they opened and each time I've had the same results. No one has ever greeted me or acknowledged me whatsoever. The staff finds their personal conversations to take precedence over the customer who is willing to pay $98 for a polo. Today I walked in and thought the employee was engaging another customer when it was actually another employee. They carried on their conversation about her assistant coaching job in Glendale without a simple "hello". The third employee was in the exact area where I was looking for a hoodie she seen me looking through the options but not selecting a size. She never offered any assistance. I went to this location yesterday and Lavena was beyond helpful. I was trying to find a sold out activewear set. She called 10+ stores and kept persisting until she found what I wanted. I just moved into the area and needed to purchase new tights from Vuori. This store being the closest to me, I was excited to stop by. They had three employees on the floor. One was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. However I can't say the same about the other two employees. I asked the cashier if she could pull up my profile so assist me in finding the exact pair of pants I previously purchased. I wanted the exact style and size just different color. She mentioned the specific item was not on the floor. She said, let me grab it from the back. She asked another young lady to grab her the pants from the back and this employee completely rolled her eyes in annoyance that she needed to grab an item. I walked around the store waiting for the pants, neither of the two ladies came to hand me the pants or advised that they had found them. I had to go ask them if they had found them. The girl that had rolled her eyes seemed really annoyed that i had interrupted her conversation with the cashier. She handed me the pants and said "this is all we have" i said okay, may I try them on? Her response was "sure, any open room" i lead myself to the fitting room and noticed the pants had white marks on them. I kindly asked the cashier for a different pair. Once again the cashier asked the rude employee to grab a different pair. She grabbed the pants, looks at the cashier and says "what's wrong with these!?" Rolled her eyes again and dragged herself to the back to grab a different pair. Comes out and throws them on the counter with 0 acknowledgment. I was so upset and felt so uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if you're that miserable don't work there. Vuori is a high quality brand that's not cheap. The last thing your customers want is disgusting customer service. I really wanted to ask for her name but I just genuinely needed my pants and even ordered a second pair. I had to call customer service once i left the store to help me complete my order because your employees made me so uncomfortable that i didn't even want to bother asking them for further assistance. read more

My wife wanted to come here and give this brand a try. Half our wardrobe is Lululemon. We came to the store on a rainy day. There was no one in the store except for about 5-6 sales associates. It took about five minutes before a guy even smiled and said hi to us, but no one offered to even help us or ask if we needed anything. For a supposed premium brand the service is very poor. We left without buying a thing and will not be buying in the future. read more

I love seeing the growth of this awesome company! I've been a fan of Vuori before they started gaining popularity, and it's so cool getting to go in store to shop now. Their stores are all so natural and clean, I love the aesthetic. All of their clothes are made with the softest material and you can tell it's high quality. While some may say it's way too expensive, I think it's worth the price compared to other athleisure brands out there. The workers here are all so friendly and willing to help out if you need. I appreciate that they're not overbearing, which can be annoying when shopping. I will always be a customer of Vuori and cannot recommend it enough. read more

I've been shopping at Vuori for some time now. Great clothes, great selection and the value is very good. I think the clothing is better than most of their competitors like Lululemon, Alo, etc. The store is great! Great clothing and lots to choose from, I love that they utilize the space. I wish service can be a little better we weren't greeted but one cashier did help me with a shirt I was looking for. Clothes- Very great company with good value and the clothes is great quality. Wow, what an awesome store! The service and selection are wonderful. This is my first time purchasing this brand. I'm trying to venture out and try new fitness brands for work. Once I tried on the tie waisted leggings I knew I was hooked! I grabbed those as well as a cute rubbed tank. They are perfect for teaching Pilates classes as well as working out in them. I've been shopping vuori for about 6-7 years way before they became popular and branched out. I love this brand and I visited several vuori stores after they gained popularity and I had a good experience. It's unfortunate to say that I have not at this store in particular. But let me say this, not all workers were rude, majority were friendly and helpful. The male with glasses was rude, condescending, and degrading. I do hope they retrain him. read more

I went into this shop on a Sunday night.I had been heraing about Vuori, but had not ever seen a shop and there was a pair of pants I had been thinking about. Sadly it was closing time and the young lady working politly told me so. I told her I just wanted to see one pair of pants I had been thinking about. She quickly found them and told me all about them. She even suggested ordering them in short length, I looked at them, got to see & feel the fabric . I thanked her for her time and left. I went home &ordered them, or at least I thought so... but they were not the right ones. Now I finally decided to try to call the store on a whim - 3 weeks later and she remembered me!!! Better yet , she remember the pants she showed me and gave me the correct style name. So my 5 star review is 100% for Sarah at this location and her exceptional customer service.
