Like a said, "Sweet". We have our ritual of visiting the gardens, then stopping in the shop as a last hurrah. I enjoy seeing how they rotate and display the seasonal merchandise. Since the remodeling, it's even better for visual arrays of goods. The prices are full retail, but they are making money to help support the gardens overall, so I don't begrudge them that. It's also valuable that their buyer(s) choose some diverse items that aren't repetitive with other shops.

My least favorite things are children's toys. This La Cañada Flintridge location is smaller then most Daiso stores I been to, but they pretty much have everything the other stores do. Weekends are the busiest; weekdays are less crowded. Parking is a shared lot with an Urgent Care, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Petco.

Supporting local businesses is important to us, and Button Nose has continued to be an excellent choice for our family. ******** I have been bringing my dog here for several years, and my mother-in-law as well as many friends have entrusted their pets to this location for even longer. Throughout that time, my experiences with Judy have consistently been wonderful. She has always been incredibly accommodating, helpful, and genuinely kind when assisting with scheduling my dog's appointments. I'm not sure where she is currently, but the past few weeks have been unexpectedly challenging. After accepting the earliest available appointment--which was two weeks out--I asked to be notified if any cancellations became available. The person assisting me seemed uninterested in honoring that request, despite the fact that Judy has always taken the initiative to reach out and fit us in whenever possible. On the day of the appointment, an unforeseen situation arose at my daughter's school. I contacted the shop in hopes they might be able to work with me, even slightly. I offered to arrive a bit earlier or, if necessary, twenty minutes later. I was told they were fully booked and unable to accommodate any adjustment. Every reasonable option I proposed was met with resistance. I am uncertain who is currently overseeing scheduling, but the level of customer service does not reflect the care and professionalism Judy consistently provided. I sincerely hope that Judy is only away temporarily. If not, I may need to seek a mobile groomer who can offer the same level of attentiveness and customer care that she always delivered.

This block of Foothill is a cute shopping district with many other small shops.
