I brought old frames (w/ progressives) I had purchased there, as well as another pair (of readers) I got last year. They were able to work with the old progressive frames (6 yrs ago) to get new lenses added. And for the readers, I shared they fell off after only a month last year and chipped. They molded them to fit better in my face and are replacing the lenses. I'm so very grateful for the time they took to ensure both pairs would work for me moving forward. When she had finished serving the others, she came over to help me. I knew what I wanted (either RayBan or Maui Jim) and the style I preferred.
