He helped me for over an hour and did everything he could to try to get my glasses paired. He was very professional and helpful. The best customer service ever and no complaints on my end. After I was helped James showed me the news A$ap Rocky Ray-bans they I will come back to get. He should be all colors and different size frames. Dunno why the rating is not five stars. The level of service is phenomenal and extremely attentive. Yes, they were sold out of the glasses my husband wanted - but they walked him through how to make the purchase online once they came back in stock. I ordered my sunglasses with no issues and when I came to pick them up, they remembered me and it was all easy peasy. Wait time was normal, of course depending on their foot traffic, and I didn't feel rushed at any point during our time. And I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman who looks like Jude Law's long lost son is BRILLIANT. That's the high level of service you want from this location, surrounded by luxury stores, treating everyone with respect regardless of what the customer is dressed like. I have never been so disrespected in a retail store in my life. I came in today as a polite, quiet customer to return a pair of Meta Gen 2s (with my receipt and case) and was met with pure hostility by an employee named Justin (ID: 221271). This guy has no business working in customer service. He was aggressive from the jump, calling me "ridiculous" and accusing me of "taking advantage" of the store just because I didn't have the cardboard pull-tab from the box--which is literally impossible to save because you have to rip it to open the product. The most disgusting part was his physical attitude. He literally THREW my receipt and bag in the trash and slammed my sunglasses case onto the counter while talking trash about me to his coworker right in front of my face. It was intimidating, unprofessional, and frankly, unhinged behavior. Justin is a liability to this store. His behavior was borderline harassment and I've never felt so uncomfortable. If management actually cares about their reputation, this guy needs to be fired immediately. I am writing to share an unfortunate customer service experience I had when picking up my online glasses order. I received both a text and email notifying me that my order was ready for pickup and that I had a few days to collect it before cancellation. When I arrived, I was greeted by Issac. He asked if I needed help, and I let him know I was there to pick up my order. He then asked whether I received a call. I explained that I was out of town and wasn't sure, but I did receive a text and email confirming the order was ready. He questioned whether I selected store pickup or shipment to the store. Although I wasn't fully certain, I reiterated that I received pickup notifications. Instead of simply checking for the order, he stated that if I had selected store pickup, I "would have received a call and voicemail." I explained again that I was out of town and my voicemail may be full. He then briefly checked a cabinet, claimed it wasn't there, and insisted I would have received a call if it were. What was disappointing was his manner rather than investigating further or assisting, he immediately dismissed me. I had to ask him to treat the situation as an in-store pickup since I had official notifications. His tone became irritated, and it felt as though helping me was an inconvenience. This location is rarely busy, so there was no reason customer service could not have been handled more professionally. As a paying customer, the experience was unnecessarily frustrating, and Issac would benefit from additional customer service training specifically around initiative, tone, and problem solving. Worst customer experience ever. Following on from many other reviews about the behaviour of a staff member in store called Justin. During my interaction with him, he became aggressive, threatening and intimidating because I was trying to exchange an item. At one point coming up to me and saying 'take a photo and find out what happens to you'. This goes beyond gross customer service into anti-social behaviour. I honestly don't know what Ray-Ban is doing or why they have allowed this to continue given there are so many similar negative reviews. Avoid at all costs. Went to this store with some of my friends and experienced the worst customer service of my life. The whole time we were in this store the guy in the picture was so rude. My friend took a picture of himself and the employee yelled at him. My friend obviously didn't know no pics were allowed so the employee could have just nicely asked us to not take photos and we would have 100% complied. We thanked the employees for their time and as we were walking out my friend left the door open (they didn't know they were supposed to close it as it was open when they walked in) and the employee screamed across the store and demanded that we close the door. I've worked in retail for over 10 years and would never speak to a customer this way. We were shocked. My friend proceeded to close the door and we walked away. The employee then came out of the store and started yelling at us as we walked down the street. I've never experienced anything like it. My friends and I always try to be respectful and nice to employees as we all know how hard it is to work in retail. Ordered prescription sunglasses. It needed to be adjusted because it was looking and feeling slightly lopsided. The two associates made it significantly worse the more they adjusted it where it was clearly super slanted when worn. They insisted it was fine even though it was absurdly slanted looking and clearly all the weight distribution was on one side. They just had ZERO clue how to adjust it to fit a customer's face. Totally incompetent. I'll be taking it to my optometrist to adjust for me instead. Such a waste of time. They should be better trained. read more

I ask one of the workers (young, reddish hair, pale skin, wearing round glasses at the cash register) if Ray ban accepts FSA. He answered by saying yes, but only if you have money on the card and walked away. He said it loud enough for everyone to hear and embarrassed me. Let me start this review by stating that I never write bad reviews, but I have never been so disrespected in my life. I am a lover of ray bans and have multiple pairs. I was at this Ray-Ban store with my husband and 5 month old and had come in because I wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses. While I was reaching over to grab a pair of glasses to try on, which someone had put on the display incorrectly and was hooked to the one below...the hooked pair fell. Whoever the store employee was yelled in front of other customers and told me to watch how I handle the sunglasses because he sells them. My husband commented on how rude he was, and the employee continued commenting on how reckless I am and started a confrontation with my husband. I have attached a photo of the employee. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Purchased prescription glasses on Nov 22. Received them on Dec 16th. They told me I had 45 days for any issues. Now I went in at day 37 from picking up my glasses and the person told me he cannot help me. (They called me to let me know that my new lenses were in. So I drove 1 hour rounds trip. To start off I was the only one there and I felt like I was inconveniencing "Justin" the Associate from a text conversation becasue he did not want to help at all and was very rude. He just kept telling me that I had to come back to have the other person help me. He would not even look for my new lenses! When I left he even mumbled something to the order of Fing Old Man. I came in with scratched sunglasses and in need of replacement lenses. I told the first worker who greeted me (little blonde girl with 2 pigtails) that I needed new lenses and she quickly snapped saying "you need to order them online". I stated that she needed to order them for me since I came in the store for new lenses and she quickly passed me over to another worker -- Marvin. Marvin was most unhelpful and stated I was "wasting his time" by asking for help to order the lenses that I need. I asked repeatedly for the proper part number so that I could order them since he would not replace them for me. I asked if Marvin could show me on his store computer where I could find the parts I needed on the Ray-Ban website and he refused to be of any assistance. Instead, he threatened to call security to escort me out of the store for being "rude" after repeatedly asking for the sku number so that I could order the right parts on my own. If you want to be belittled and treated like a threat, then go ahead and go to this store. If you wished to be treated like a human and a valuable customer then please go to literally any other store. I have been a repeat customer for over 15 years and have never been treated so poorly by staff in store. I've always wanted Ray-Ban's... even as a kid. I wanted Wayfarers like Ferris Bueller. Ha! But I've work prescription glasses most of my life so it was never an option... until recently. There was a pair of metal Clubmasters that I liked and I tried over several weeks to order them from Ray-Ban's website with very little success. It was either sold out or once I got to the the payment portion, would show a subtotal nearly DOUBLE what it should have been. It was really frustrating. I even emailed Ray-Ban alerting them to this issue. They replied and said their tech people would be on it... It hadn't been resolved last I checked. I had been to the Ray-Ban store at The Americana before but the particular Clubmasters I wanted were sold out... So that's the main reason I had been trying to purchase them online. I called the store on a whim to see if they could help me with my ordering issue and Manuela totally saved the day. She did tell me that they were totally separate from the website and did not know why I was having those issues purchasing the prescription sunglasses. However, the good news was they had the sunglasses I wanted IN STOCK. I was totally happy to hear that because I wanted to order them for a Summer vacation trip planned in a month's time. I wanted to have the glasses, get used to them (new prescription) and bring them for the trip. Manuela was so very helpful. She said not to worry, that they had the Clubmasters I wanted and even asked me if I wanted her to set them aside for me. I happily asked her to do so... This was a big purchase for me as these sunglasses and polarized lenses were not cheap... I went to the store that evening and Manuela took me through the process of ordering my new prescription sunglasses. First they verify your current vision prescription so they have the right type of lense setup. She helped me test-fit the sunglasses. After that she took some measurements (ex.. distance between pupils) and double and triple checked my prescription order to maker sure everything was correct. Manuela was very helpful. I totally appreciated her help and patience with me in picking out the right polarized lenses to go in the Clubmasters. The original tint of the Clubmaster lens doesnt come polarized so I had to make a decision on a different one that would fit the look and purpose of what I needed. Manuela was great. She should be commended. I was told by Manuela that the glasses would be ready in 7-10 business days as they are sent out to Ray-Ban to fulfill the order. She didnt expect it to take that long but 7-10 was standard. I ordered it on Monday and got a call Friday from Robert that my sunglasses were in. I was stoked to have them so soon and they are even better than I imagined. Robert was nice and helpful too, when I went to go pick them up... Love the look, feel, clarity and UV protection they provide. The polarized lenses really reduce the glare when I drive and I cant wait to test them out on vacation. Thanks Manuela for everything!
