It's been a struggle finding a place with good "bedside manner" service and one that does not constantly upsell on services and glasses. My insurance recently changed and I had to pick a new optometry spot. I chose this one due to location, but did not know much about it. When I first walked in I was amazed at how enormous the place is. You cannot even see end to end. The selection of glasses is huge and I have never seen so many options in one shop. One of the staff members mentioned they are the largest optometry shop in the West Coast. The staff treated me so well, from reception to the two team members and the optometrist. I got the feeling that they cared. The optometrist was generous with the care received and ended up referring me to an opthalmologist to get something checked out, before I return to redo my eye exam. Overall I am very satisfied.

I was able to leave with some contact lenses to test and she also provided a couple of single use eye drops because I noted sometimes my eyes get dry.
