I had such a wonderful experience at the Lululemon store at Americana at Brand in Glendale, and I truly felt compelled to share it. Meeneh Mir went above and beyond to help me today. I came in to pick up a few pieces for a friend, and from the moment she assisted me, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took her time to guide me, even suggesting I check the sales rack and personally helping me find something beautiful that I wouldn't have found on my own. As a resident of the Americana and someone with a disability, small acts of kindness and attentiveness mean so much--and Meeneh treated me with such respect, care, and genuine warmth. She made me feel valued and comfortable, truly like royalty. What touched me even more was her humility. Beautiful store in a beautiful outdoor mall. Store was clean and tidy and organized. I found a pair of clearance shorts in back. Great selection inside, I was just browsing and found a pair of shorts I liked. Great service as always in every Lulu store. Value depends on you. I love their shirts, joggers, and pants. The shorts fit well and are super comfy. I like small pocket in a pocket on the men's shorts. I can workout in Lulu shorts or just lounge around. They fit me great. This is probably the worst Lululemon store I've stepped inside. The girl that works on the fitting room is utterly a drone. I asked her if she could bring me some items in a smaller size and she looked so annoyed. Girl, isn't that your job??? I didn't even bother giving the other items back to her when I left the fitting room because of how zoned out she looked. Even when asking for the name for the fitting room, she made it a point to express how she doesn't care by the tone of her voice. The cashier also looked pissed of for no real reason. They need to redo the whole staff who should actually be grateful that they have a job. These are full-grown adults by the way, not teenagers! Whoever is managing this location needs to be fired. Yall are working at Lululemon. You aren't above your customers. This is literally the same job as working at Ross or Express. Stop being delusional thinking you are working at D&G or something. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a belt bag and I was going to pick it up at the store. I got an email saying if I did not pick it up it would be returned to stock. I did not make it to the store in time so i ordered another bag and had it delivered. I got an email thanking me for picking up my order. WHAT!!!??? That was a month ago. I have called the store four times and left a message. NO RESPONSE. I emailed twice. NO RESPONSE. I used their online chat twice. NO RESULTS. I called customer service twice. NO RESULTS. While everyone was busy no one was able to greet me, but when someone became available and noticed me, they came in and greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. I did want the fundamental T in XL in 2 colors, both they were out of, but the nice educator offered to order it for me and have it shipped. I did let her know that I needed it now as I am traveling from another state. She then looked up other stores where they had it and gave me their locations. This is what I call customer service where even if the revenue is not coming into their store, but they care that I walk away happy so they looked up other stores and said that they had it. Great customer service! I had a steady state hoodie that shrunk and faded sitting in the closet. I had bought the item nearly a year ago and thought it was hopeless. However Angelica and Alice kindly mention that It qualifies for the quality promise. I was able to get it exchange for a different item. Normally I purchase at least 500-600 worth of items a month and never use this quality promise. This is my first time using this service. There was a short line to get in and it didn't take long before it was my turn. I glanced at the pretty expensive workout clothes. Noted how nice and orderly it was inside the shop. Purchased the gift card from the employee which comes in a small Lululemon bag which I thought was a nice touch. Saw hand sanitizer here and I like how they practice social distancing here as well. I purchased a gift card here on 12/14. I know about the rampant gift card fraud that happens when you purchase gift cards from Target or Ralph's so I specifically asked the workers if I could trust the gift cards they were selling at the register. I was assured I could. Lo and behold, by the time I gifted it to someone on Christmas, the gift card had $0 on it (investigation showed it was used in an online purchase on 12/15). I placed an order online and chose to pick it up at this store. When the order is ready for pick up I received an email saying that I have to go pick it up before the end of next day otherwise my order will be canceled. That's a fairly short pick up window and I won't be able to pick it up the next day. I tried to contact the store, but found out that the phone number listed here is an invalid number. Then I tried to call Lululemon directly at their 818 number, however I was told that I have to contact the store directly. Then I tried to email the store and asked them if they could extend the pick up window but I got no reply at all. Very frustrated experience. read more

Jasmine will be forever my number one go to sales associate. I explained to her that I've never been to a Lululemon Athletica store before and therefore, of course, I had also never tried on any of their products. I know plenty of people who swear by their leggings and tell me how comfortable they are. I have another girlfriend who loves the fact that they will repair anything that they can whenever you bring in a garment to the store. I thought that was really awesome. The amount of customer service that I received was fantastic. Kylie was in the back where the fitting rooms are. She was super helpful as well. I think I tried on at least a dozen different pairs of leggings. Initially I'd popped in simply to try on different styles and to figure out what size I might need in the different fits and what not. I didn't intend on making a purchase but well, after trying a few million pairs on and in almost every possible color and after receiving such amazing customer service, I dropped a few hundred dollars. Sheeesssshhhh!! I could absolutely live in my Align leggings. And the Wunder Under high rise crops, they hold me together so nicely and it seriously is a confidence booster. Awesome!!! Store is very clean and clear. There is a very specific color palette, probably based on their current line of clothing. Every item only came in about 3-5 colors. It's great if you want to get a bunch of items that match. It's annoying if you want a variety of clothing. Employees were very attentive, to a fault. The store wasn't very busy, so even though we told the first employee that we were just browsing, we were asked what we were looking for 4 more times in the very short time we were in the store. Because all of the clothing items were so straight forward and in so few colors, I recommend shopping online unless you need to try something on in the store. read more

I told her that I had bought them a little over a month ago and she told me that she couldn't do anything at this time. At ease joggers are very bad quality. With such i high price I didn't expect it. It last over 2 months. I washed it with cold Ayer as instructed and draw string completely fell apart. Came in today 12/7/2023 I brought some leggings we had purchased mid year from another store . The pilling was so bad that the color started coming off we explained to the employee which was a white guy or Hispanic idk if he was the manager or a worker . Then, one of the counter her name is 'maggie' basically said only military member can get discount not the spouse with very rude attitude. But why the website is saying both military and military spouse? Need to push out the correct information to your customer lululemon.
