I had such a wonderful experience at the Lululemon store at Americana at Brand in Glendale, and I truly felt compelled to share it. Meeneh Mir went above and beyond to help me today. I came in to pick up a few pieces for a friend, and from the moment she assisted me, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took her time to guide me, even suggesting I check the sales rack and personally helping me find something beautiful that I wouldn't have found on my own. As a resident of the Americana and someone with a disability, small acts of kindness and attentiveness mean so much--and Meeneh treated me with such respect, care, and genuine warmth. She made me feel valued and comfortable, truly like royalty. What touched me even more was her humility. When I told her I wanted to leave her a great review, she kindly said it wasn't necessary and that she was just doing her job--but I disagree. She went far beyond that. It's also inspiring to see a young woman balancing school and work while maintaining such professionalism and grace. It's clear she was raised with strong values. Thank you, Meeneh, for your kindness and outstanding service. You made my day, and I hope your hard work gets the recognition it deserves! Anahid Karapetian read more

Beautiful store in a beautiful outdoor mall. Store was clean and tidy and organized. I found a pair of clearance shorts in back. Great selection inside, I was just browsing and found a pair of shorts I liked. Great service as always in every Lulu store. Value depends on you. I love their shirts, joggers, and pants. The shorts fit well and are super comfy. I like small pocket in a pocket on the men's shorts. I can workout in Lulu shorts or just lounge around. They fit me great. I prefer heavyweight shirts so I don't wear Lulu shirts. Thank you Lululemon and thanks for the first responder discount! read more

I came into this Lululmeon store because I was looking for some active shorts for my upcoming business trip. I was disappinted there weren't any 5" shorts in women. Then, Jeanine was so kind enough to recommend the men "ABX wovenair pull-on shorts," and they were exactly what I was looking for! And the quality and price was so great too. Thank you Jeanine for your great service today! read more

I came here today cause for the first time in all the years I've been buying Lululemon my son had a defective sweatpants. We were helped by Luke and he was outstanding, he made the exchange very easy and were able to get it completed without any delays. Customer service in the store is outstanding, but like I said first time in years, I've had to do an exchange due to a defect, and there was an incredible experience. read more

Low class and rude employee. Zero customer service skill. Lululemon as a brand has deteriorated due to hiring unqualified people.

This is probably the worst Lululemon store I've stepped inside. The girl that works on the fitting room is utterly a drone. I asked her if she could bring me some items in a smaller size and she looked so annoyed. Girl, isn't that your job??? I didn't even bother giving the other items back to her when I left the fitting room because of how zoned out she looked. Even when asking for the name for the fitting room, she made it a point to express how she doesn't care by the tone of her voice. The cashier also looked pissed of for no real reason. They need to redo the whole staff who should actually be grateful that they have a job. These are full-grown adults by the way, not teenagers! Whoever is managing this location needs to be fired. Yall are working at Lululemon. You aren't above your customers. This is literally the same job as working at Ross or Express. Stop being delusional thinking you are working at D&G or something. Yall have jobs because people spend money at your store. We don't need your attitude, ladies! read more

I had such a great experience thanks to Patty at lululemon in Glendale. Before meeting her, another employee was... quite uninterested and dismissive, which was disappointing. Patty completely turned the experience around. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us. She took the best care of us from start to finish and made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Patty is exactly the kind of person who makes people want to come back. read more

Today was my first day to walk into Lululemon. Layla greeted me with a smile I couldn't resist. She guided me to find a gift for my son with knowledge of the store and the kindness to put up with me. She found the perfect gift! I will come back to the store due to the quality of clothing and especially with the way I was treated as a customer. Thank you Layla! read more

Found such a rare color in stock at this location! Had to take it. I have same set in baby blue now I got it in baby pink. Love the store seemed to be clean and organized. I went during the weekday and It was not so crowded. Service was very fast, happy with my purchase. read more

Customer service was so horrible, the girl in charge of fitting rooms was so rude. I asked for a size and she basically told me to figure it out myself. She kept on giving me dirty looks and instead started flirting with my boyfriend when trying on some leggings. She clearly saw that I was with him, and she was there flirting trying to talk him. So disrespectful. What got me more upset was the attitude she had when it came to asking for help. This is not good customer service at all. read more

Great location and awesome selection. While everyone was busy no one was able to greet me, but when someone became available and noticed me, they came in and greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. I did want the fundamental T in XL in 2 colors, both they were out of, but the nice educator offered to order it for me and have it shipped. I did let her know that I needed it now as I am traveling from another state. She then looked up other stores where they had it and gave me their locations. This is what I call customer service where even if the revenue is not coming into their store, but they care that I walk away happy so they looked up other stores and said that they had it. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a belt bag and I was going to pick it up at the store. I got an email saying if I did not pick it up it would be returned to stock. I did not make it to the store in time so i ordered another bag and had it delivered. I got an email thanking me for picking up my order. WHAT!!!??? That was a month ago. I have called the store four times and left a message. NO RESPONSE. I emailed twice. NO RESPONSE. I used their online chat twice. NO RESULTS. I called customer service twice. NO RESULTS. So at this point they basically stole $42 from me. UNBELIEVABLE. I hope the employee who entered I picked it up is enjoying it. Not only did the store fail me. The customer service failed me. read more

I like this brand, but I'm not crazy about their prices. My daughter LOVES this brand. Came to this shop for the first time because my daughter needed me to buy a gift card. There was a short line to get in and it didn't take long before it was my turn. I glanced at the pretty expensive workout clothes. Noted how nice and orderly it was inside the shop. Purchased the gift card from the employee which comes in a small Lululemon bag which I thought was a nice touch. Saw hand sanitizer here and I like how they practice social distancing here as well. Plenty of free parking at the Americana as long as you don't overstay. read more

I bought pants from this store and was going to wear it today and then just found out they haven't even taken the sensor off from the pocket. So now I have to go to another Lululemon closer to my home to get that fixed. Not even sure the people from a different store will help! Thanks a lot for the extra trouble from this store! So I went in to get an item and the service was over the top! I worked with a man by the name of Steven, an older gentleman. I think he was new. He was fantastic! He went above and beyond. Great customer service from Nareh!! Thank you so so much, even through the holiday craze!

Great customer service! I had a steady state hoodie that shrunk and faded sitting in the closet. I had bought the item nearly a year ago and thought it was hopeless. However Angelica and Alice kindly mention that It qualifies for the quality promise. I was able to get it exchange for a different item. Normally I purchase at least 500-600 worth of items a month and never use this quality promise. This is my first time using this service. I'll come and shop at this location more often due to their knowledge and thoughtfulness. read more

I purchased a gift card here on 12/14. I know about the rampant gift card fraud that happens when you purchase gift cards from Target or Ralph's so I specifically asked the workers if I could trust the gift cards they were selling at the register. I was assured I could. Lo and behold, by the time I gifted it to someone on Christmas, the gift card had $0 on it (investigation showed it was used in an online purchase on 12/15). Now I have to go through the whole fraud recovery process. Do not purchase gift cards from here! read more

I placed an order online and chose to pick it up at this store. When the order is ready for pick up I received an email saying that I have to go pick it up before the end of next day otherwise my order will be canceled. That's a fairly short pick up window and I won't be able to pick it up the next day. I tried to contact the store, but found out that the phone number listed here is an invalid number. Then I tried to call Lululemon directly at their 818 number, however I was told that I have to contact the store directly. Then I tried to email the store and asked them if they could extend the pick up window but I got no reply at all. Very frustrated experience. read more

This experience was by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH LULULEMON!!!!!! I needed to exchange lululemon pants because it was starting to peel. Beware I've done quality promise exchange with Pasadena store before and very smooth exchange, no problem at all. ALSO IT WAS still UNDER ONE YEAR QUALITY PROMISE WHEN I CAME IN TODAY. But when I got to this store, the cashier was rude and for some reason wanted me to pay the "remaining" even though there was NONE!!!!! They wanted me to pay the remaining that never existed.. But that's not it, when the employee says she'll get her "manager" whose name is MIA, Mia was so rude to me and instead of finding a solution for the issue she started arguing with me?! She was IMMATURE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND SUPER DISRESPECTFUL, Mia as the "manager" in the store she shouldn't pick up an argument instead of solving the issue, all I can say is that she's no good for this store and is RUINING Lululemon's image and reputation in front of the public. So disappointing seeing this behavior from Lululemon. I would suggest if you're planning to go to this location go to another Lululemon store. read more

This is a beautiful store located in The Americana. The staff is friendly but not as attentive as at some of the other locations . They seem to have a limited variety of sizes available when compared to some of the other stores. Jasmine will be forever my number one go to sales associate. I explained to her that I've never been to a Lululemon Athletica store before and therefore, of course, I had also never tried on any of their products. I know plenty of people who swear by their leggings and tell me how comfortable they are. I have another girlfriend who loves the fact that they will repair anything that they can whenever you bring in a garment to the store. I thought that was really awesome. The amount of customer service that I received was fantastic. Kylie was in the back where the fitting rooms are. She was super helpful as well. I think I tried on at least a dozen different pairs of leggings. Initially I'd popped in simply to try on different styles and to figure out what size I might need in the different fits and what not. I didn't intend on making a purchase but well, after trying a few million pairs on and in almost every possible color and after receiving such amazing customer service, I dropped a few hundred dollars. Sheeesssshhhh!! I could absolutely live in my Align leggings. And the Wunder Under high rise crops, they hold me together so nicely and it seriously is a confidence booster. Awesome!!! I'm not going to go home and trash all my other non lulu leggings but these are definitely super comfy!!! Also, did you know that they do free alterations?!?! Pretty cool right?!?! Love it!! read more

Store is very clean and clear. There is a very specific color palette, probably based on their current line of clothing. Every item only came in about 3-5 colors. It's great if you want to get a bunch of items that match. It's annoying if you want a variety of clothing. Employees were very attentive, to a fault. The store wasn't very busy, so even though we told the first employee that we were just browsing, we were asked what we were looking for 4 more times in the very short time we were in the store. Because all of the clothing items were so straight forward and in so few colors, I recommend shopping online unless you need to try something on in the store. read more

Bought a pair of pants for my wife and explain to the manager (Kat) that the fabric was snagging. She looked at the pants and said that she couldn't take them back because these pants where old. I told her that I had bought them a little over a month ago and she told me that she couldn't do anything at this time. I have never had an issue with Lululemon warranty in the past, manager usually is a problem solver. They either fix the product or replace it with a similar one. I just want to say that Bernie is amazing. She helped out my partner with leggings and right off the bat gave us the right size the first try when we didn't know what size to start with. She was very detailed in explaining the different types of leggings (thick and thin material) and what she recommended each one should be used for (every day or workout). Worst customer service. Called to the store about return or exchange the girl told me you can come to the store to do that and it was 5:50 PM and she also told me that the waiting line will be five minutes and I told her ok I will come now. So I looked on yelp store hours it was closing 7 PM and I drove all the way to americana and apparently they were closing at 6 PM but when I called at 5:50 PM she didn't even tell me that you know it's better to not come today because the waiting line is five minutes and we are close from 10 minutes so you will not make it so they just don't care about you they don't care about anything just worst customer service. read more

Came in today 12/7/2023 I brought some leggings we had purchased mid year from another store . The pilling was so bad that the color started coming off we explained to the employee which was a white guy or Hispanic idk if he was the manager or a worker . He looked at me up and down and I felt super uncomfortable he clearly was racist and without even looking at my items said sorry we can't do anything . I didn't want to argue with him I just said ok and left he was so mean for no reason , call Lululemon and fill out there online form don't even bother coming here . I've had super good experiences with other employees especially with the Asian girl she's super sweet and actually does her job .
