I came in for some bushings that I couldn't find anywhere, but my wife ended up seeing a board she liked and ended up wanting to build her first complete. Ronnie helped us with choosing the right parts, giving great advice for future upgrades, The guys were super patient and encouraging, which is great for first time buyers. After looking all over LA. I found only 2 skate shops worth taking the time out of your day to check out as LA can be very intimidating with traffic and time. But out of all kingswell was my fav and most impressive. Not only was the board selection CRAZY! But they also have great selection of shoes which I ended up picking dunks. I loved the shirts and hats a lot but in my opinion the pants selection is what stood out in my eyes. I wish I had more money to buy more but the pant selection is 2nd to none. Last but not least I was in the shop and Rony must've just clocked in when I seen him ride in to work on his board but as soon as he got there, he helped me try on a helmet that didn't fit my huge head and he helped me find the dunks I never thought I would buy. He took the time to go across the street to storage to find my size just for me. Overall this shop was amazing and when I come back it'll be to kingswell only, all thanks to Rony. It's a small business in a vibrantly walking centric neighborhood. The parking most likely is going to put you to work a little bit.
