I bought aset of wheels from him and he gave me cruiser wheels cuz he must of thought that I need them cuz I'm so old ! LOL . Stopped by around 4pm today. Not sure the guy's name who helped us, but he was amazing the whole time. Helped me find the perfect deck, offered to sell me mismatched colored trucks (which is what I wanted) and soft wheels to get the most movement out of my kicking off. Assembled it for me with grip tape I bought elsewhere as well and was super nice the whole time. Pleasant experience and would definitely recommend stopping by! Went in with my mom and little sibling to buy their first skateboard. The owner was such a cool guy, he brought out different decks and explained the difference between them all. Based on customer service only, the guy working here (possible owner) was very very nice. Greeted form the moment we walked in, checked up on just minutes later, and all while he was busy attending other customers. There was majority younger kids in here while I was there and he treated them as any age customer, with the same attention and was kind to them as well. I just dropped in to take a look around while I was waiting to get a tattoo next door, which I told him - but he still continued to check up and see how things were going or if I needed helped. Walked in here today because a friend of my son recommended the place. My sons birthday is tomorrow and wanted a new skateboard for his birthday we called the shop and they we're going to close by the time we make it. However the owner told my husband he wait for us. I noticed this location in my neighborhood for a while now and have always seen many kids out there skating in front of the store on a rail that the owner brings out. I came in to refurbish my skateboard not to long ago and they had a lot of variety of barring's and wheels. I was changing the grip tape also and saw they had a Santa Cruz grip tape that I was overwhelmed with joy. My board was a mess so I appreciated the time the owner took to really make it whole again. They had a cool little dog roaming around also. I shall return soon to get me some new trucks. read more
