SERVICE AND STORE WAS A 3. Quality of Products and Value: 1/10 Service was OK here. The one at the Venetian in Vegas was top notch and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Here they were average, not very helpful but not rude either. Great for someone that knows what they want and just wants to go in and out. They also charged for tailoring which is kinda baffling considering their suits are $600+ AND take over a week to tailor. Vegas charged me nothing and had it ready for me the next day. This yelp review would probably be lower if you are rating the quality of their products. I have one of their most expensive suits off the rack and it is fantastic. I had minor issues with it too with the seams on the pants ripping but it was fixed by HUGO for free. However, anything that isn't their $1000+ suit is complete garbage. Fused suits for $600. My god was I naive. Pants don't fit well even after being tailor and my suit jacket the button ripped off after only maybe 8-10 wears. Don't get me wrong if you want the brand name by all means go for it. However, do not expect much from their cheaper fused suits as it appears they cheaped out on more than just the inner lining of the suit. I highly advise if you are spending $600-1000 on a suit to just go to SuitSupply or an online MTM suit like Oliver Wicks or Laneri (THIS IS A HIT OR MISS AS MTM DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE). If you can't afford that, well you might as well spend $200 on an Express suit as its basically the same suit (probably not that great of fabric but still none the less fused.) read more

I was attempting to exchange a gift (with a receipt) and was told that since this was a franchise store that the merchandise was from another store they couldn't accept the exchange. How is this possible?? After arguing the fact, one employee attempted to help, but another persisted it was not possible. She told me to go to Beverly Center or Topanga. Love this brand. The only one I wear. I was a little disappointed at the amount of dust on the black display tables. They had white t shirts just sitting amongst dust. Out of all Hugo Boss stores this one is my favorite! So after a tough Black Friday of trying to hunt down their "Alemo" Jacket, my boyfriend and I had the "joy" of visiting and calling multiple Hugo Boss stores. It turns out they're sold out all over the country :/ I had actually started looking 3 days before Black Friday and was helped by the store manager Megan Sadr! She also helped me after Black Friday during our last minute shopping! From beginning to end she was just so sweet and helpful! Good customer service from a high quality store is so hard to come by!!! Many of the other stores I had interactions with were just plain ole snoody but Megan was very warm and welcoming, she definitely goes out of her way for the customer! What I love about Hugo Boss is the clothes is the quality! They offer suits tailored to fit their customer for free so the outfit is sharp! The also offer complimentary beverages while you wait. The wardrobe consultant, Edgar, is alwasy very professional and helpful when fitting my boyfriend. Had a great experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone! It took me years to break the habit of buying clothes that no one has worn before--and even after I stopped buying clothes at Desert Industries, Savers or SA it took another few years for me to even venture outside of an Army Surplus store. But times change, hard work finally pays off, opinions evolve and--most importantly--Christmas parties at law offices require attire beyond anything I currently own. He was patient and helpful. I can be very picky at times. And he stood right by me and gave me suggestions. Because of his help I was able to find the perfect shirt. 5 stars because the staff are so friendly and helpful. I have walked into this store several times and have never left disappointed because the staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive. You're always greeted at the door and offered assistance. My boyfriend loves this store but this location does not offer many green tag items. Toward the end of my shopping experience, an older female associate came towards my fiancé and I, and suggested in a demeaning and disrespectful tone to search the merchandise online instead of just walking around. Prior, she had been following us and rolling her eyes each time we stopped to look at items as if she was annoyed we weren't buying anything yet. My husband bought his wedding suit from Hugo boss last December. We had an amazing experience working with Monique. She was so professional, kind and considerate. She made you feel like a VIP. When we first walked in, we were greeted by her warm reception. Monique showed us many new collections from the season. My husband tried on many suits in various colors and eventually went with an electric blue suit for the wedding since our wedding was outdoors and in the summer! The suit was perfect! We loved it so much! We had it alternated two times, first time was when we bought it in December and the second time was in April, a month before the wedding. Both times were free of charge! Monique really cares about her costumers and makes you want to come back again and again. I know from now on, if I'd like to get a suit from Hugo Boss, I know exactly where to go! I have to say if there is a 6 star option I would give it. Everyone knows Hugo Boss makes high end quality clothing. That doesn't mean anything when you walk into a store and the sales person is inattentive and have no idea what they are selling. The complete opposite here at Hugo Boss in the Glendale Galleria! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone, they seemed busy but that didn't stop them from acknowledging a customer. I then was approached by Monique, as I explained to her what I was looking for, it took her an instant to pick out a few options, I knew she was paying attention, I knew I was dealing with a pro because I liked all of the above and the hard part was picking one!
