    Came here after selecting what suit I wanted online. They honor any deal that you can find online as well, and they told me when I made my appointment if I see a deal online to take a picture with a date and they would still honor it when I came down for my appointment. This time around I came with 4 of my groomsman to get fitted for a wedding suit. Had an appointment and was pretty good experience, I picked the exact suit I wanted and everyone else just selected the customization that goes inside the suit. Measurements were taken pretty fast and overall took about 1.5 hours for 5 guys to get fitted. Solid experience. Definitely make sure to check their website often because I got 20% off all my suits which comes out to be a pretty hefty chunk (~$100ish per suit).

    Ivan and his team made me look great! i will say, give yourself some time because you're definitely going to want the fitting. i had to have my pants taken in some and the legs shortened to fit my shoes better, and that was an extra week.

    This experience was tremendously better than my previous encounter with Indochino. I made an in-person appointment for a full body measurement to be used on a bespoke suit. I went in a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by the salesperson, Ivan. I told him what I wanted: a properly-fitting traditional suit with none of the added flairs of a skinny, short, modern-day suit. I mentioned the King of Spain's suits (if you know, you know) and he immediately knew what I wanted my suit to look like. Ivan was detail-oriented from the start. He explained every aspect of the suit to me, from the fabric choices to the color options for the button holes. He explained every measurement he took and gave me options to give a little room here or there or to make it more snug. He mentioned options that I didn't even know were a thing, like shortening the sleeve of the arm I wear my watch on by half an inch to make the watch peek out from under the fabric a little more. I even got to customize my long sleeves! The suit came to my door a few weeks later. And boy, I was impressed. I had custom suits from SuitSupply in the past but I made the mistake of tailoring it too tightly, not giving thought to my body's ever-evolving dimensions. Ivan led me down a correct and proper path, and the end result shows it very well. The final suit came out to be around $600, and I have to say, it's well-worth it. I wore it to my birthday dinner, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will come back again to purchase more suits!

    I would never in a million years recommend Indochino for your suit purposes. They say that it's 'custom tailored to you" but they take generic measurements with lots of fluffy options and it's cheaply tailored to your rough specs in China and shipped over to you. I've literally been to those tailoring streets in China and these suits are like $50-100 at best. My guy got the worst looking suit ever upon arrival - it literally looked like he was wearing a diaper. We went in for a "fitting" and you have to make an appointment for these second fittings, but fittings can only be done during the weekday because weekends are reserved for selling suits. They gave a lot of excuses about the fabric being the way it is, or the tailoring is just the way it is, or that it didn't need tailoring. Look at the pictures and see how bad it is - they tried to convince us to walk away like that.   We got so much hassle about getting it actually tailored. We tried to come back a second time for tailoring because we got so many comments from folks at the wedding that his suit looked terrible but Indochino said it "looked fine and there was nothing they could do". I've never felt so helpless or enraged with a bespoke, retail experience. We're out $600 and it's final sale. I've literally never had such a scammy, terrible experience in my life before. Indo does all the aesthetics right - but once they have your money, execution and delivery is forgettable. The other reviews here don't lie - listen to them. The good reviews are extremely fake - no pictures, a couple of sentences, and from random places all over the country.

    I was really impressed with Carlos' professionalism and support as my husband was getting refitted for a custom coat. The coat was ordered online, but came out extremely short and tapered. He helped with tailoring the coat, and when that didn't work out, he helped with returning the coat and exchanging the order for a coat that would have the right proportions. He had great communication skills and helped this situation get solved quickly. The coat was also purchased during a sale and he helped us maintain the same price for the exchange, making it a great value!

Unfortunately, one person can change your perception, manager, Angelo. Walking into the store I was greeted by Romel, who was very polite, greeted me, professionally. Things were off to a great start! The reason for the visit was due to a purchase of a suit jacket over 400 miles away. It was one item of over $700 worth of clothes purchased. At that location, they had press the jacket and put it in a garment bag, it had never been used part of men's warehouse, Incredible, customer service, experience. In the move, the receipt could not be found but was available within men's warehouse account and was confirmed prior to arriving. After making a phone call. I was told an exception could be made for store credit if it is only the one item. So I begin looking for items in the store, and was planning to even buy additional items. It was in that moment a person walked up with the jacket and said "when you were done there, I have a situation to explain." I said sure. Is everything OK? Angelo said "well. This jacket doesn't have the tags." my response was yes. I had realized that when I opened the garment bag and explained they had been taken off when it was pressed by the other Men's Wearhouse. I am not sure what was done with the tags, but the jacket is unused and has never left the garment bag. He opened the bag and said the jacket tail flaps are open. Again I explained it's not their fault they were trying to help. I also once again said it was unused and within the return window. Angelo's response was, you'll have to call customer service. I was a bit throwing off, because first of all 1) Angelo did not introduce himself, I did not know his name or his position. 2) As a manager. My thoughts are you deal with situations and not pass them on, and especially did not even offer the number to customer service. 3) The approach taken was that you do not have the tags, and they should not have done that yet. What was the resolution to the issue? Why is that my fault or someone else's for showing a high level of customer service to begin with? 4) I explained that I was already here and had called prior and his response was well. They are not a manager. My thoughts were. The person had actually asked a manager. Someone showing excellent customer service should not be looked down upon for their efforts. Angelo made no effort. Still, I had not received a number a real resolution or even a name. I mentioned I would make an accurate review of these events and here it is. The positive experience with the Men's Wearhouse and those representing the brand and the less than stellar experience from a leader.

    Really disappointing experience. I was very clear from the start that I only needed one alteration…read moredone before moving and would handle the rest elsewhere. The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Would not recommend doing business with someone like her.
