I hadn't had the time to go at all, but I finally went yesterday and bought it. I considered ordering it online, but with the scorching heat lately, I was worried the cosmetics might go bad during shipping, so I went and bought it in person. I don't know the name of the saleswoman who helped me. I was originally looking at the cosmetics over at the Clé de Peau counter, and she came over to let me know about the current gift with purchase event. I told her that this was Clé de Peau but I was actually looking for Shiseido, and asked if Shiseido had a gift with purchase too. She told me they happened to have exactly one gift left. I asked her what the gift was and to show it to me, and she brought out a pouch containing a serum, cleansing foam, and small face cream. So yesterday, I bought one eye cream and received those gifts. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind. When I was checking out, a prompt came up asking for my phone number. I entered my number, and she said she found my name, Diane. I finished paying and left feeling super happy because of how kind she was and because I got the gift. I remember going window shopping there with my mom on July 29th, too. On that day, there were signs posted everywhere saying that all prices would go up starting August 10th.

I did buy my lip liner along with my 2 lipsticks. Process with the customer service was on point, fast and quick. Was helped by a very nice, pleasant employee and the return policy worked just fine. Had my receipt on me and the lady did an even exchange with one size bigger. Both levels of the store were spotless clean, including the floors. Has an escalator, huge parking lot, and don't know much about their restrooms. I usually don't shop at Nordstrom because it can be a tad expensive for my budget. Since I was already there, I said "why not".

Unfortunately, one person can change your perception, manager, Angelo. Walking into the store I was greeted by Romel, who was very polite, greeted me, professionally. Things were off to a great start! The reason for the visit was due to a purchase of a suit jacket over 400 miles away. It was one item of over $700 worth of clothes purchased. At that location, they had press the jacket and put it in a garment bag, it had never been used part of men's warehouse, Incredible, customer service, experience. In the move, the receipt could not be found but was available within men's warehouse account and was confirmed prior to arriving. After making a phone call. I was told an exception could be made for store credit if it is only the one item. So I begin looking for items in the store, and was planning to even buy additional items. It was in that moment a person walked up with the jacket and said "when you were done there, I have a situation to explain." I said sure. Is everything OK? Angelo said "well. This jacket doesn't have the tags." my response was yes. I had realized that when I opened the garment bag and explained they had been taken off when it was pressed by the other Men's Wearhouse. I am not sure what was done with the tags, but the jacket is unused and has never left the garment bag. He opened the bag and said the jacket tail flaps are open. Again I explained it's not their fault they were trying to help. I also once again said it was unused and within the return window. Angelo's response was, you'll have to call customer service. I was a bit throwing off, because first of all 1) Angelo did not introduce himself, I did not know his name or his position. 2) As a manager. My thoughts are you deal with situations and not pass them on, and especially did not even offer the number to customer service. 3) The approach taken was that you do not have the tags, and they should not have done that yet. What was the resolution to the issue? Why is that my fault or someone else's for showing a high level of customer service to begin with? 4) I explained that I was already here and had called prior and his response was well. They are not a manager. My thoughts were. The person had actually asked a manager. Someone showing excellent customer service should not be looked down upon for their efforts. Angelo made no effort. Still, I had not received a number a real resolution or even a name. I mentioned I would make an accurate review of these events and here it is. The positive experience with the Men's Wearhouse and those representing the brand and the less than stellar experience from a leader.

I was a little skep at first, since I have not gotten a new suit in quite a long time, but Martin the gentleman who helped me was so amazing and made me feel right at ease! He took his time to walk me thru the entire process and really helped me get the details and desirables that I wanted for my suit. Several years ago I ordered shirts from Indochino Santa Monica store. (no longer there). Person gave me wrong advice on collar and on monogram and material. Also, she fitted me wrong. When I complained, another person said it was too late. I also noted tiny button holes and hassle buttoning shirts. The fellow agreed. The fit did not allow for shinkage, also. Lack of professionalism and lack of integrity. (And, added to all that, I feel badly about feeding money to a brutal, repressive regime.) read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! An extremely unfriendly woman runs this shop, has absolutely no kindness or empathy. Every question you ask she will make you feel dumb for asking. Overcompensating for her own insecurities. So sassy and rude I cannot even. All the nice employees leave because of her. Also, Indochino no longer shares your measurements on the website because of bs "proprietary reasons". Go somewhere else. Even if you need to go here, make the trip to Melrose in Beverly Hills, they are nice. read more

With that said, I had a really pleasant experience recently with Men's Suit Outlet. I went in, got greeted straight away, and it was down to business. John helped me out. Asked me some basic questions about what the suit was for, when I needed it by, what sort of price range I was after, etc. He quickly narrowed down exactly what I needed. Had me try on a jacket to start. It fit pretty much perfectly, no adjustments needed. Then it was on to pants. The pants ran long, but that's to be expected... everyone has different length legs. It would be a bit much to expect them to carry lengths for every leg size. We got a pair that fit my waist well, but was a bit tight in the thighs and calves. John let me know they could let it out a bit. The cost for tailoring the pants was reasonable and competitive. They had the suit ready for me within a few days. I think they likely could have done the tailoring faster if I requested, but I wasn't in a last minute rush so it was fine. Overall I was really happy with my experience and my purchase. The suit looks great on me. Best fitting suit I've probably ever owned. I used to just buy off the rack suits that always fit a bit weird and looked a bit silly. The tailored look really takes it to the next level. So if you're a guy who doesn't wear a lot of suits, wants a nice suit for a budget price, then you should be pretty happy getting a suit here. That's not to say if you are a suit guy with a bigger budget that you can't find stuff here. They certainly had much fancier suits that I certainly couldn't afford. I just thought it was important to point out that they can help out guys who might be a bit intimidated by the whole process.
