Didn't know fabletics had a storefront. Ordered online and decided to do an exchange in person hoping it would be easier. Not only was it easier but I was given great suggestions. Vaughn was incredibly attentive and helpful. Told me which styles I needed to size up or down or was true to size depending on my activity level. I tend to hate coming to the mall but he made it a lot less stressful, in fact, maybe even a little fun. You don't really find energy you like that in retail anymore, someone give this man a raise! Walked in today on a Saturday 6/7 with my husband and 2 kids. The store was completely empty and there's one associate. She greets me and asks what I'm looking for I tell her. My 2 kids are holding their dad hand and looking around when the associate stops talking to me and tell my son to not touch a mannequin. 1 he as not being rowdy, bratty or out of control. He simply touched the fabric of the mannequins shorts. 2. His dad was with him, he had it under control. Fabletics sales associates need to worry about making sales to keep that store open. So, I ordered a few things online. Some worked some didn't. I went to start the return process for some of the items and the only option was to come to the store front. So, I'm here. It's 10:25 and the store is not open. According to yelp it opens at 10am. So, I drove 20 minutes out of my way, walked around all over the mall, found the store and it's not in operation. This alone is enough to cancel my subscription. Not only did I (wrongly) presume one could just return from home but also (wrongly) presumed the actual store would be open on their stated hours of operation. As for the clothes that didn't work out, it's not just bad sizing, but some of the materials feel so unnatural and gross on my skin. But not all, so I was hoping coming to the store would convince me to keep the subscription at least a little longer, but nope... it's actually 10:27 now... still no one around. read more

I was offered a vip membership by an employee at San Anita Mall. No one mentioned that I would be charged $60 every month. So when I found out, I canceled the membership right away and was still charged for a membership I don't have. I went to customer service twice and no one would help me.
