Level one between Macy's and Sephora
    Tiff L.

Didn't know fabletics had a storefront. Ordered online and decided to do an exchange in person hoping it would be easier. Not only was it easier but I was given great suggestions. Vaughn was incredibly attentive and helpful. Told me which styles I needed to size up or down or was true to size depending on my activity level. I tend to hate coming to the mall but he made it a lot less stressful, in fact, maybe even a little fun. You don't really find energy you like that in retail anymore, someone give this man a raise! I would suggest if you are planning to do a sign up to go in store so you can try on what you need to try on and even be given tips from Vaughn! Tip: level 1 between Macy's and Sephora

were able to purchase these and more inside for an affordable price

Lucked out with this place as it's very well within my geographical orbit. Parking is street and in the back (entrance is through a one-way alley), but the back has only a tight, few spots. So you're best off with parking out front on Colorado Blvd. Store is bigger than what it looks like from the outside. Very nice, clean, and well organized. I was greeted by Jack, who was very courteous and helpful. I gave him the low-down on what I was looking for and he immediately found a couple of pieces for me that not only would work just fine for the "mafia" theme (I went the modern, sharp gangster look), but would work on other occasions as well. The slim-fit, three-piece I picked out fit almost perfectly, but Jack did some measurements and said he would be able to alter everything for me so that it was a nice, custom fit. The store had a nice selection of shirts and shoes, so I picked those up as well. The suit and all the other items, plus alterations, came out to a very reasonable price. They offer blazers, tuxes, coats, and other fashion-forward items in different colors that will make me want to come back for sure. Definitely recommend this place!

This is about in-store service and when called the customer service toll free number…read more An employee placed an order for me to be delivered to store (at my request) because they didn't have my size. Over 2 weeks later, order not received and tracking has stopped. I went to to store to request a refund and am told they can't help me and I would need to call their customer service (which was closed because their hours are EST but was still regular business hours on PST). The employee rips a small piece of receipt paper, writes the number, slides across the counter, and walks away. I called and rep was rude and unorganized. Sounded like he was asleep and fumbled with phone continously. He offered to ship another item and I advised I wanted a refund. He said he would process and would take 48 hours. I check my email and there's an email requesting I provide my banking institution information in order to receive a refund. Why?!?! I paid with my credit card so credit back my card! Went to try to call back and again they're closed, so I use the online chat function. A rep named Dylan advised me that the email was from Zara and inputting my bank institution information was the ONLY way to receive a refund. Zara, DO BETTER!!! Your price point is high and folks spend their money with you willingly. For you to make this such an arduous process to receive a refund on an item I NEVER received from you is absurd!!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady in the dressing room on my last visit was very helpful and pleasant.

They have shoes, home decor, toys, cell phone accessories, kitchenware, and yes, even some food items. I come here for their toiletries. Whether it's shaving cream, toner, facial wash, they have it. Their selections is actually very good. Most of their personal hygiene stuff is sold at a deep discount. I'm not sure why, but probably the shelf life is shorter. But still, a year or so before it expires, I think it's worth the discount. Their clothes selection is good as well. Usually it's also discounted because it's already about a year since it was in fashion. Who cares...? T-shirts and polo shirts are always good for work attire. Anyhow, TJ Maxx has been around for quite a while in the plaza. They're always quite busy, especially during the Holidays. I would definitely go there during the week, since it's much less crowded.

The customer service at this TJ Maxx is, unfortunately, really disappointing…read more This store is super convenient for me on my way home from work, but I'd honestly rather drive two cities away than deal with the experience here. Tonight was a perfect example of why. I watched a manager open a register, help one customer, and then close it--even as the line kept growing to about 15 people. That left just one associate handling a long line, while another cashier was tied up helping a group with a large purchase. Instead of jumping in to help during a busy moment, the manager was on her phone, then emptying trash behind the registers and adjusting carts--completely ignoring the line of waiting customers. The only bright spot was Carlos, who was working incredibly hard and treating customers with patience and professionalism despite the situation. He deserves recognition for how he handled things. It's frustrating because TJ Maxx has great products, but the lack of customer care at this location makes it not worth the stop.
