    I had a pleasant experience at this Coach location. The gentleman who helped me, named Heaven, provided excellent service. He was very friendly and patient as I looked around and tried different bags. I ended up purchasing a men's backpack for myself. The store here is very spacious and clean. Coach retail, not outlet, tends to be better quality and a decent cost compared to other high end luxury brands.

    Came in looking for the new Lana 23 purse in maple. I absolutely loved the bag and Cody helped me with my purchase. He was super nice and informative! He made my experience buying a purse so easy and fun. I didn't even know you could customize the tag and he did it for me! I'm so happy with my purchase. Thank you Cody!

    I came here looking for the Brooklyn bag and the Asian lady helped me pick out my bag color and was very kind. She was honest and gave me her opinion when i was indecisive. She was very patient with me and I truly appreciate that :) Also an Armenian/ middle eastern lady helped me with the transaction, wrapping the bag, signed me up for an account and boxed everything together. I didn't know you can customize the tag! Which literally was the cherry on top! They were so patient, answered all my questions and was very kind and happy! The customer service was TOP NOTCH! THEY even wrapped my bag with a pink rose and told me happy Valentines day honestly, that was so so sweet. Will definitely be coming back!

    Wowwww!!! Kathryn rocked n rolled!! Service was impeccable and knowledge on all Coach products was brilliant. I purchased some great gear to keep me going. Had the tags monogrammed ( complimentary of course ) I was in and out. Called her earlier today to hold my product. I showed up and was treated like a respectful businessman. Glad I came!     Staff is not friendly , poor service. 2 workers gave complete attitude . This store doesn't represent the coach brand.

    Incredible experience…read more I can't say enough great things about this place. I've brought in four pairs of high-end denim for hemming, and every time the work was completed in under 20 minutes. The team is friendly, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. Most tailors would take a week or more, but they deliver exceptional results on the spot, using a proper chain stitch machine to preserve the original look and character of the denim. That level of craftsmanship and service is hard to find. The experience was truly above and beyond. Next time I'm in, I'll be picking up a pair of their jeans as well.     HOLY CRAP!! These guys are so incredibly slow!! I can't believe they get good reviews, they must…read moreonly do timely work for the locals. March 13th is when I paid for my "extreme damage" darning service. (these holes were no bigger than a quarter btw) June 3rd is when I was notified they were being shipped back to me. 11.5 weeks for something that they say will take 6-8 weeks. After the second month came and went, I was sure I wasn't going to get my jeans back. On Friday, May 15th I received a reply to my email asking about the status of my jeans. Tawny said that Steven is hoping to get March darns finished up by Tuesday. I wrongly assumed she meant the following Tuesday, not 2 weeks later. I guess Steven didn't hope quite hard enough. At very least, they could be more realistic on their stated timeframe to expect the work being done so the customer can make the choice to wait a ridiculous amount of time or to go somewhere else with their business. To top it off I got my jeans back and they smell terrible now. They insisted the jeans be washed when I sent them in and they were, I got them back smelling like the bottom of a goodwill clothing bin. This was my second time dealing with railcar. I ordered a t shirt and apparently ordered it in the wrong size. I sent it back and got an email saying that they received the shirt and they would exchange it. After a month went by I emailed them inquiring about the status of the shirt. Tawny replied, "Steven is falling a little behind on his list of things to finish up but he scheduled himself to finish printing next week". This is a whole month after they received the other shirt. Maybe if they started working earlier than 10am they could get things done in a timely manner. I'm glad in the end I just took a refund (minus the shipping cost of course) for the t shirt because I wouldn't want to advertise such a lousy company on my clothing and inadvertently cause someone else to have to deal with them.

Though it's not at the core of what he typically does Mike was more than happy to solve this longstanding problem for us. We picked the jacket up a couple days later and it was perfect as it should have been from the start. I had tried a half dozen other tailors and shoe repair shops and no one was able or willing to help. And to top it all off Mike didn't even want to charge anything other than to see a smile on our faces, which he got in triplicate! I will highly recommend Ruiz Shoe Repair to friends and family from now on and will return myself for shoe repair and customization, speaking of which I see that he does custom orthotic fitments and I will go back soon for this since it makes such a huge difference in life to have perfectly fitting shoes. Upon rental, they did not tell me how much I would be charged-- online I was quoted a little over $100, but they charged me $406 UPFRONT without disclosing that. It was a Sunday and this was the only place open in the area so I proceeded. I asked if I would receive a partial refund, after looking at the receipt, as I was charged $200 in advance for 200 miles, even though I didn't plan on even driving 100 miles. I believe the gentleman said his name was MIKE and he said it was a temporary hold, not a real charge. FALSE- I later found out the charge was posted and UHaul is refunding me about $85. I called today to inquire about said refund and the man on the phone immediately started yelling at me, screaming that I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I kept trying to tell him I wasn't trying to dispute the cleaning fee, I understood the cleaning fee as I dropped a container of cat litter and was able to clean most of it out of the front but I didn't have a broom. He wouldn't let me talk, even after I kept asking him to please let me speak and ask my question. When he did let me speak, he would immediately interrupt me again. He then HUNG UP ON ME, and when I immediately called back, he lied and said his phone died.. He continued to yell at me and said to call UHaul's 1-800 number and not him, and I informed him on my UHaul receipt it said to call him, so I called. He tried to lie about his name and say his name was JOSE, but he said on Sunday his name started with an M. Horrible customer service overall, I genuinely have ever in my life experienced anything like that in my life. A complaint has been filed with UHaul and you will be dealt with accordingly. You should not be working in ANY business that is customer facing with that sort of behavior. Truly erratic and scary, I would not recommend business with them EVER.
