This is the place to go when I go shopping for clothes. They've always been nice and helpful. I even ask them for advice on outfits if I can't figure it out on my own. The last time I was there I really liked a blazer and wanted to purchase it, but they said they didn't have a smaller size. I asked if they could please order it for me & they said no. She said I would have to pick it up at West Covina. I did mention I had a similar situation a few weeks before & they were able to order it and ship it to my house. She said she couldn't do that idk why. So I just left it at that. I did want it, but I'm not driving out there just for a blazer. Lol Also, they were close not too long ago. There was a note stating they were closed & West Covina was open. Sooooo now I'm wondering....are they closing this store?? I hope not! read more

They do have a $7 sale. You can't go wrong with that right? I went in to check. There were 2 racks of them. My eye caught a lovely burgundy Romper. The style is chic. And the color is good for the holidays. The material feels good on the skin. Soft and light. Customer service is good. The lady offered help. Informed me that it is a final sale. It was a good shopping experience. read more

Windsor - Accessories Near Me - Arcadia, California

They have beautiful dresses, but all the ladies that work here need to work on their customer service. Was not greeted when we walked in, no one bothered to ask if we needed any help. Had to ask my boyfriend to pull down a dress for me that was way too high for me to reach. Asked the lady at the register if we can try on, she said just go on in the fitting room. When we were done, me and my daughter come out of the fitting room and one employee said with an Attitude, "People are just walking in now?" I didn't say anything because my daughter found a dress here that she really likes for her graduation so I didn't want to get into any type of altercation. Employees here need to be trained better. Won't be shopping at this location again! read more

Very impressed with this Windsor and its team. Customer service at this location is amazing. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if there was anything I needed help finding. I went there to buy a couple of dresses for my daughter I saw online that only this location had. Alejandra and Abigail were both cordial, attentive, and quick on their toes to assist not only me, but other customers. They both conduct themselves with etiquette and positivity in their attitude helping customers. Alejandra goes above and beyond too. She called another location to secure a pair of shoes for me. I'll definitely be making the trip from Hacienda Heights to Arcadia Windsor for all my future purchases. Also impressive is that they are super busy right now during prom season and the staff maintain composure, and are courteous to everyone under pressure. Thank you. read more

Windsor - Part of my purchase I was assisted putting together. - Accessories Near Me - Arcadia, California

They have some cute dresses but not good service. I came here to return an online order and it took then a long time to get their system running to process my return. On the day that I returned my purchase I lost a credit card. I retraced my steps and asked the store associates if they had seen my credit card. It looked like they had it because they remembered me and looked in their drawer. When they couldn't find it, the store associate told me she gave it to mall security and told me to go there. She told me she called me several time but I did not receive any calls from her. I did not like her dishonesty and sending me down the rabbit hole that yielded no return. read more

Tried calling the store to see if they had an item in stock at their store location but the phone line keeps saying they are unavailable to pick up the phone and that their mailbox is full. Customer service ain't no help either. read more

My day was made by manager Brenda hopefully this makes hers. I experience many encounters of customer service but this visit at Windsor made a difference. She was very kind talking to customers and asking something so simple like how was their day. She is extraordinary with her fast pace. She made sure we left happy with our purchase. I would recommend coming to this location and asking for her if you have any occasion coming up. I told her she stood out to me yet she was so humble. My daughter and I will be coming back. Thank you Brenda!! read more

Perfect place for prom and formal dresses!! They have a beautiful selections from long to short length dresses. They always have formal attires available all year long. So if you are going to a wedding, school price, or any special occasions, this is the perfect place. Windsor offers a huge dressing room with big mirrors in the walkway. They do a very good job in keeping the dressing room clean. But be patient because there is a usually a line here. They also sell casual clothing a too. They also offer accessories. They are offering 50% off already marked dresses. I got a dress that was normally $45 to only $18. If you have the patience to search through the rack, you may find a hidden gem. I just wish they offered more smaller sizes. I am a petite girl so it was hard to find a dress that fits. The XS were still too long for me. read more

Twice I've gone here during mall hours, With their yelp account saying open but both times were closed. Went again yesterday when the mall was closed at eight but their store was closed by six. Tried calling all day today and they would not answer their phone. Terrible read more

I wish people who commented and took time to rate these businesses really understood the power of these reviews! I've worked in retail for more than 10 years now, and I'll admit, there are some people who shouldn't work in retail, BUT SHAY AND BRENDA! Retail warriors!!! Me and my sister went in early to find dresses! They were sold out in both the sizes and styles we needed and these wonderful ladies got everything ordered for us, quick and easy!! They made our experience in the store one of the best retail experiences I've had in a LONG time!! We laughed and talked briefly and they sent us off with a smile!! Thank you ladies for this great experience!!! Can't wait to come back and shop with you! read more

Terrible I have tried calling 3 days in a row and no one answers. Unbelievable it just keeps ringing and I call during unbusy hours worst service ever read more

I went in to this store and worse service ever from Brenda. I asked for help on an outfit and she didn't want to help me because she was on her phone. It was like she was deciding whether she wanted to help me or not. She doesn't accommodate with her employee's. She does what she wants. She isn't fair with them. However, she needs to be fired. I will not be coming to this store again if she is still working here. read more

As we all know shopping for dresses is very draining! Walked in to Windsor with my niece and immediately were greeted by Kayla. She directed us to the dresses where we were approached by Yenen. Yenen was so helpful in finding the sizes we needed and setting up a fitting room for us. After the 3rd dress we were sold! Even with a busy store Kayla and Yenen were very helpful and patient with everyone making sure we were all being helped. 10/10 recommend you coming to see these lovely ladies! read more

Cayla Suzanne and Brenda Silva (Manager) were so rude to my Mom today! Cayla initially short changed my Mom and was rude and disrespectful when she brought up the issue. Cayla said that there was a shipping fee that they don't return, when there absolutely was not a shipping fee return charge! When Cayla realized she was wrong, there was no apology. She was condescending about the amount she needed to refund, and she also blamed the issue on the number of items my Mom was returning instead of owning up to her mistake. (Who would ever blame the customer when it's the employee's responsibility to do her job correctly!?) When my Mom asked for the manager, they made her wait 10 minutes until the manager came out claiming they were doing "calculations" in the back. The customer service here is so wack! Shop elsewhere or you will have to deal with rude employees who don't care about their customers. read more

My friends and I were shopping with our daughters on Martin Luther king Day at around 5pm estimate. We were shopping for dresses for a school dance . My friend asked if her daughter can try on some dresses and the girl working that day told her the dressings rooms were not open, there was a rack in front of it. So I thought I ask a second time, and said to the girl with her hair curly and pulled back why aren't the dressing rooms open, she replied with an attitude, saying because we have to take our breaks and we don't have enough people, she appeared angry and bothered and rolled her eyes. I looked at her and was appalled at her attitude oppose to what she said. I have been working in the retail sector for many years and I know that there is instances and situations that are out of our control but we are still in the customer service business and our customers are very important to brick and mortar stores during these hard times. With that said I would have handled this differently, definitely wouldn't have employees that can't handle the pressure during difficult situations. We are very busy women who took the day to have a shopping event with our daughters and this experience was definitely not a pleasant one. read more

Went to Windsor last night and asked if they could hold 2 items for me. It was right before they closed and this particular sales associate was very nice and friendly she even told me about a sale that they were having on Friday and that the items marked down would be an additional 50% off. I was so grateful for the info and thanked her. Last night I was browsing their website (windsorstore.com) and came across the items that I wanted to purchase and noticed that they were cheaper online. Excited about the info because I assumed I could purchase them in store and they would match the price and I wouldn't have to spend $75 or more for free shipping. Fast forward to the following day, it's 6pm and I went in for my items. The girl at the register says they aren't there and they probably put them away already if I placed them on hold earlier the previous day. I explained that it was right before closing time yesterday. "No they aren't here" she states. Not apologetics at all. So I asked about the pricing on the website and she states "No we don't price match, I don't know why, we just don't" Overall this was just a horrible experience for people who are in customer service. What is the hold policy at Windsor? Why doesn't Windsor price match their own prices? You guys need knowledgeable employee from the sales associate to the employee who put my hold items back up. What a waste of my time. read more

Horrible customer service ! I walked in with my friends looking for a cute dress to buy and first thing I see is all the coworkers in circle gossiping and talking crap about another coworker pretty loudly. I walk around them looking at some clothes and they never even acknowledge that me and my friends were in the store. Not a cool experience , still bought something but probably won't be coming back read more

I honestly feel so uncomfortable coming here just because the employees are always gossiping about their costumers which is really not professional at all... They so far haven't have me attitude but I just don't like all the hate going on in there.. This is not the first time I have experienced this.. the saddest part the manager is the same way. I love the clothes there this is why I don't stop going but it's annoying hearing all that gossip in the register read more

I am not the one to post reviews but I had to for this place because I was so impressed! A lovely young lady I believe her name was Brenda had the most amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I had called before going into the store to ask some questions she responded very polite and answered them all. Later on I went to the store and it was super busy but I was so shocked of how patient she was!! I was shopping with my daughter for a while and I couldn't help but to notice how she would help several customers at once because they would ask her for different sizes of dresses or shoes all at once. Meanwhile her coworkers asking her questions as well. She helped us get the perfect dress and made sure we were in love with it!!! We bought a whole outfit because she gave us different options to choose from. I could not get over how fast and amazing she is. Definitely ask for her help you won't regret it!!! read more

Jasmine is Windsor's real MVP. I only bought glasses but before she rang me up she was on the phone with a customer and was helping find a dress. I really liked that she actually took the time to help considering the store was busy! I'm sure she made that ladies day! Some stores don't even answer or simply say no with out trying.i thought she was awesome and I wanted to let everyone know :) read more

I love the dresses here. Sadly though I will not come to this store again. The ladies in this store are very rude and condescending. I have never been in a store where they make you feel like they are better than you or your not worth their time. It makes me not want to give them my money, no matter how cute the clothes. read more

walked into the store no one greeted me, i continued to look around for nearly 20 minutes still many employees walked passed me but no one said anything. RUDE! customer service is everything, when people come to spend money in your store you welcome them. Anyways i was in desperate need of a dress for an event so i decided to ask for a size the girl was rude and said there was no more and walked off. She's lucky i remained respectful or else i would have called customer service after i cursed her out but i didn't. I found a dress but will never spend money with them again. read more

Sadly this was my favorite store until I visited this location. There was a pushy fat girl that basically snatched my clothes out of my hand when I said I didn't want a fitting room and said she'll put them in the front. I've never been treated so horribly. She rolled her eyes as if I didn't have money to shop which made me uncomfortable so I left my items behind for my sanity and am going to purchase online instead. read more

Horrible customer service! Do not go here Wendy should be fired. I asked for her to help me look for a dress and all she told me was "we are busy can you ask me later". Wow I have been to other windsor stores and have never been treated like this. If I could give a zero I would. read more

I went into the store last night to look around and all I can say is the customer service sucks and that's an understatement. Neither girl when they saw me acknowledged me or anything, it's funny how 2 girls came in right after me and the 1st employee who didn't say anything to me was quick to acknowledge those 2 girls, I was like wow . Thanks to those 2 girls working last night who had no idea I came in the store to test and see how the customer service was in this store now I can go back and happily report this awful experience. read more

Why is it every time I come this location they are not welcoming and rude? No smile and simply negative vibes that puts off the shopping experience. Can't even try on a dress without them being unwelcoming as if they have something else better to do rather than opening a fitting room. Or ask them to open a fitting room in way to not get them visibly disturbed (it's obvious). Need to work more on customer service and have a little more energetic output. I would love to buy a dress but not with that type customer service or cold treatment. read more

Excellent customer service! I called to inquired about the red dress that I wanted in size small, then the sales associate named Alejandra, was very helpful and polite. She went out to find the dress that I was looking for and she even provided me the price and I was so happy it was on sale!
