Very impressed with this Windsor and its team. Customer service at this location is amazing. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if there was anything I needed help finding. I went there to buy a couple of dresses for my daughter I saw online that only this location had. Alejandra and Abigail were both cordial, attentive, and quick on their toes to assist not only me, but other customers. They both conduct themselves with etiquette and positivity in their attitude helping customers. Alejandra goes above and beyond too. She called another location to secure a pair of shoes for me. I'll definitely be making the trip from Hacienda Heights to Arcadia Windsor for all my future purchases. They have some cute dresses but not good service. I came here to return an online order and it took then a long time to get their system running to process my return. On the day that I returned my purchase I lost a credit card. I retraced my steps and asked the store associates if they had seen my credit card. It looked like they had it because they remembered me and looked in their drawer. When they couldn't find it, the store associate told me she gave it to mall security and told me to go there. She told me she called me several time but I did not receive any calls from her. I did not like her dishonesty and sending me down the rabbit hole that yielded no return. read more

They have beautiful dresses, but all the ladies that work here need to work on their customer service. Was not greeted when we walked in, no one bothered to ask if we needed any help. Had to ask my boyfriend to pull down a dress for me that was way too high for me to reach. Asked the lady at the register if we can try on, she said just go on in the fitting room. When we were done, me and my daughter come out of the fitting room and one employee said with an Attitude, "People are just walking in now?" I didn't say anything because my daughter found a dress here that she really likes for her graduation so I didn't want to get into any type of altercation. Employees here need to be trained better. This is the place to go when I go shopping for clothes. They've always been nice and helpful. I even ask them for advice on outfits if I can't figure it out on my own. The last time I was there I really liked a blazer and wanted to purchase it, but they said they didn't have a smaller size. I asked if they could please order it for me & they said no. She said I would have to pick it up at West Covina. I did mention I had a similar situation a few weeks before & they were able to order it and ship it to my house. She said she couldn't do that idk why. So I just left it at that. I did want it, but I'm not driving out there just for a blazer. Lol Also, they were close not too long ago. Perfect place for prom and formal dresses!! They have a beautiful selections from long to short length dresses. They always have formal attires available all year long. So if you are going to a wedding, school price, or any special occasions, this is the perfect place. Windsor offers a huge dressing room with big mirrors in the walkway. They do a very good job in keeping the dressing room clean. But be patient because there is a usually a line here. They also sell casual clothing a too. They also offer accessories. They are offering 50% off already marked dresses. I got a dress that was normally $45 to only $18. If you have the patience to search through the rack, you may find a hidden gem. I just wish they offered more smaller sizes. I am a petite girl so it was hard to find a dress that fits. The XS were still too long for me. read more

Cayla Suzanne and Brenda Silva (Manager) were so rude to my Mom today! Cayla initially short changed my Mom and was rude and disrespectful when she brought up the issue. Cayla said that there was a shipping fee that they don't return, when there absolutely was not a shipping fee return charge! When Cayla realized she was wrong, there was no apology. She was condescending about the amount she needed to refund, and she also blamed the issue on the number of items my Mom was returning instead of owning up to her mistake. (Who would ever blame the customer when it's the employee's responsibility to do her job correctly!?) When my Mom asked for the manager, they made her wait 10 minutes until the manager came out claiming they were doing "calculations" in the back. The customer service here is so wack! My friends and I were shopping with our daughters on Martin Luther king Day at around 5pm estimate. We were shopping for dresses for a school dance . My friend asked if her daughter can try on some dresses and the girl working that day told her the dressings rooms were not open, there was a rack in front of it. So I thought I ask a second time, and said to the girl with her hair curly and pulled back why aren't the dressing rooms open, she replied with an attitude, saying because we have to take our breaks and we don't have enough people, she appeared angry and bothered and rolled her eyes. I looked at her and was appalled at her attitude oppose to what she said. I have been working in the retail sector for many years and I know that there is instances and situations that are out of our control but we are still in the customer service business and our customers are very important to brick and mortar stores during these hard times. With that said I would have handled this differently, definitely wouldn't have employees that can't handle the pressure during difficult situations. We are very busy women who took the day to have a shopping event with our daughters and this experience was definitely not a pleasant one. read more

Went to Windsor last night and asked if they could hold 2 items for me. It was right before they closed and this particular sales associate was very nice and friendly she even told me about a sale that they were having on Friday and that the items marked down would be an additional 50% off. I was so grateful for the info and thanked her. Last night I was browsing their website (windsorstore.com) and came across the items that I wanted to purchase and noticed that they were cheaper online. Excited about the info because I assumed I could purchase them in store and they would match the price and I wouldn't have to spend $75 or more for free shipping. Fast forward to the following day, it's 6pm and I went in for my items. The girl at the register says they aren't there and they probably put them away already if I placed them on hold earlier the previous day. I explained that it was right before closing time yesterday. "No they aren't here" she states. Not apologetics at all. So I asked about the pricing on the website and she states "No we don't price match, I don't know why, we just don't" Overall this was just a horrible experience for people who are in customer service. What is the hold policy at Windsor? Why doesn't Windsor price match their own prices? You guys need knowledgeable employee from the sales associate to the employee who put my hold items back up.
