Sasa Crystal is the TRUTH!!! Years ago I brought a tiger eye bracelet and it was a lot more expensive then the ones in Chinatown or anywhere you can purchase one for $25-$30....Mine ended up $150 with some discount. At first I didn't believe, I thought it was for play until my body started to react, I mean you can feel a sensation with the crystal, almost like anxiety. Fast Forward to March 2020 (Start of Corona Virus Quarantine) We kept on looking at other homes but due to inventory there wasn't a house that felt right. Something about the stone and my intuition told me not to give up. We then get a call from my agent. THE HOUSE FELL OUT OF ESCROW AGAIN!!! and they accepted our offer!! The house has already jumped up in value to $13K on Zillow/ Redfin since our purchase and it hasn't even been a month yet. We closed on April 30th 2020. I'm assuming due to Corona virus the 2nd person might have pulled out or simply they didn't have enough funds during escrow.
