An appointment would probably have helped because I didn't make one so it seems like there was some hesitation before she let me in. Ultimately, I appreciate her approach to the safety of her store and her customers. Her husband (I believe his name is Long) and herself were very welcoming and very easy to talk to. Their English is fantastic (I'd assume their native language is Vietnamese, which I do not speak) so there's no worries about a language barrier or miscommunication. I gave them my gold and said I have a receipt if they would like to look at it. They declined as they just ran the gold through the machine that they use to verify the contents. Of course, the offer was the same in which she quoted me over the phone. She offered to pay me out with a check or cash, and since it was my first time at the store, I elected for cash. Most of the value was really in the labor of making the pieces. I told him the main reason I was looking to sell was because they were white gold and I preferred yellow gold. The first time we didn't bring my jade and other items, just chat with Mr. David and found out that he is a very knowledgeable and experienced master with Jade, diamond and other gemstones with so many years hands on experiences. He explains every item's details from the look to the test results from his professional examination equipment. Also showed us the similar item both in fake and real in his own collections to teach us the difference between the fake one and nature stone.
