I have been wanting to get permanent jewelry, and found that a lot of fellow helper recommending Linda. Making an appointment with Linda is easy, and she is very flexible. I am often indecisive, and Linda gave me a lot of recommendations. She was also very patient with me. I chose 2 gold chains for my ankle, and Linda tested out the sizing for me to make sure that I am feel comfortable walking withe the chain. Linda is very friendly and personable that her and I socialize throughout the whole time. She made my experience very enjoyable. The appointment is approximately 30 minutes long. I will come back to Linda if I want to get more permanent jewelry. read more

Linda was so nice to offer different options on how she could fix my bracelet and also gave me a good price for it! Therefore, I hadddddd to have her at my baby shower. Linda is so sweet and professional. She made sure the bracelets were the length I preferred and stacked nicely. I was a little nervous, cause c'mon, it's a permanent bracelet !? Think about the amount of commitment?! Well, safe to say, I still love them 2 years in and they've held up nicely even after have 2 babies. I was at a pop-up makers market when I saw the Linked by Linda booth. I went over to check out the types of permanent chains that she had available, and ended up selecting a gold chain with small silver details on it. I was looking for a place to repair my Fiance and I's permanent bracelets. I sent Linda an email with photos and she let me know that I could come in for a repair so we scheduled an appt asap. The repairs were super quick and while I was there, I noticed she had a variety of chains and charms to choose from. I decided to get another bracelet and I'm so happy with my choice! My friend and I decided last minute to get bff bracelets and was so happy that Linda had availability on the same day. She was so kind and understanding with my booking mixup. I had booked the last timeslot available because the other timeslot after my friend's disappeared. I was able to join my friend's appointment time. Linda was so patient with us when we were deciding on bracelet options (she had so many to choose from!). I loved what I ended up with! I don't expect every salesperson to be an expert, but if someone is going to speak confidently, the basic information should be correct. The whole interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and uninformed. I walked out and will not be returning.

They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do. They should absolutely take that lie down from the yelp page if that's the case.

We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. I would highly recommend checking out Pro Gems and working with Patrick for any future engagement rings, anniversary rings, or any fine jewelry in general!!
