I dropped off all 4 items on Wednesday & was told by Tuesday it should all be done. Tuesday I got a call saying they were not able to find a diamond that matched the size of the diamond I had lost (it was a tiny chip of a diamond, weight .08) therefore they were not fixing anything and to pick up my jewelry. I am appalled! They kept my jewelry almost a complete week and did nothing! The sales girl Lisa's exact words were "we have a boatload of other jewelry." They lost my business.
