Took in 4 watches for batteries and repairs. One needed a new band one needed a new pin and another needed the second hand fixed. And also got my necklace cleaned while I waited. I did NOT want to give any stars to this business but we are forced to in order to post. My husband used this place to get his very expensive, channel locked diamonds reset... they were all moving around in his ring and reduced the size by one whole ring size... They charged him $30. VERY reasonable? Yes... but then months later I take my ring in to get the prongs fixed and asked to resize it up 1/2 a ring size. He charged me $130. He actually did less on my ring than my husbands!!!! He took my husband's ring to clean it and brought it back to him ... suspiciously the diamond were moving around? What happened? He has just fixed it 3 -4 months ago? What did he do back in his shop? Loosen them??? He was going to charge him another $130 until I said, "wait... you fixed his ring just a few months ago!" His face turned red. "Oh wow I fixed this?" he said. Well he fixed his ring NO charge after he heard he had already "fixed" it. I picked up my ring today and though I did examine it and it looks beautiful, I didn't actually put it on until I got home.... he DID NOT resize it!!! He still charged me the $130. I am SO MAD!!!! DON'T USE THIS PLACE. They are not reputable in my eyes! read more

Wow! I can't believe that happened because I have been going to Willy's shop for years!!! I have had many friends and family go there and they have all always been very happy.
