Fast and clean work. My badge was punched perfectly. I called and got a quote and it was exactly as what was said.

Raymond you're amazing!!! Thank you for my quick watch battery service!!! 5 stars!!! Thank you

Five years ago Willy repaired a wedding band of my father's. Because my father had passed, it was important to me to have the ring look perfect. It did. I am so happy with Willy's skill and customer service. Also, this week I brought in an old pendant of mine. The loop that the chain runs through was almost worn through. It is special to me because I bought it at Tiffany's in New York City 50 years ago. It's beautiful and I wear it every day. read more

Very nice guy and very straight forward, no surprises and fixed what i needed quickly.

I recently went to Willy's to make me a custom ring from the two rings I had. What he charged me was more than fair. He does excellent work and I highly recommend Whilly. He also did custom work for my wife's wedding ring and she is also very pleased with his work. My ring is a keepsake thanks to Whilly. read more

Amazing customer service. Fast, friendly, and affordable! I would definitely recommend them for any jewelry repair.

Took in 4 watches for batteries and repairs. One needed a new band one needed a new pin and another needed the second hand fixed. And also got my necklace cleaned while I waited. Came out to 85$ for everything and all 4 batteries are covered for a year. So all n all I'd say it was a great experience. read more

I took in 7 of my watches to have them fixed for multiple different issues, some as minor as a new battery, some as major as a cracked face. I expected to have to wait a few weeks. Nope! They had my watches done in less than 2 hours and my watches look good as new. Highly recommended. Thanks Willys! read more

We have been going to Willy for severals years now. I frequently bring in my jewelry to have Willy confirm that my diamonds are well set and he does a beautiful job in cleaning them. We normally drop off the jewels and take a lovely walk around the cute downtown Covina area while we wait for Willy to do his special work. Willy is always available for advice in regards to identify the quality of diamonds and gemstones. I've also purchased a beautiful chain to match a great quality diamond pendant that Willy recommended. The chain/style to suit my diamond heart pendant is perfect. I love the chain and the quality of both now are beautiful. Willy has become our TRUSTED jeweler for our family and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jenny and Mando Bernal read more

I did NOT want to give any stars to this business but we are forced to in order to post. My husband used this place to get his very expensive, channel locked diamonds reset... they were all moving around in his ring and reduced the size by one whole ring size... They charged him $30. VERY reasonable? Yes... but then months later I take my ring in to get the prongs fixed and asked to resize it up 1/2 a ring size. He charged me $130. He actually did less on my ring than my husbands!!!! He took my husband's ring to clean it and brought it back to him ... suspiciously the diamond were moving around? What happened? He has just fixed it 3 -4 months ago? What did he do back in his shop? Loosen them??? He was going to charge him another $130 until I said, "wait... you fixed his ring just a few months ago!" His face turned red. "Oh wow I fixed this?" he said. Well he fixed his ring NO charge after he heard he had already "fixed" it. I picked up my ring today and though I did examine it and it looks beautiful, I didn't actually put it on until I got home.... he DID NOT resize it!!! He still charged me the $130. I am SO MAD!!!! DON'T USE THIS PLACE. They are not reputable in my eyes! read more

Willy is the best! I have a Navajo piece of jewelry that no one wanted to touch for a repair, too many stones to remove to do the repair. But Willy did it ! And it's better than before! He's honest and a excellent craftsman. Highly recommend him . read more

Wow! I can't believe that happened because I have been going to Willy's shop for years!!! I have had many friends and family go there and they have all always been very happy. I am not a jewelry expert, but I have never had to take anything back to him. Maybe there is something wrong with the ring???? All I know is that Willy has always taken good care of me as a loyal customer through the years. You don't need to give the shop any stars because I give it all the stars allowed. :) read more
