I wanted to replace a small diamond I had lost from a ring, I wanted to remove two diamonds from another ring, sadder a necklace back together, & replace a watch battery. I dropped off all 4 items on Wednesday & was told by Tuesday it should all be done. Tuesday I got a call saying they were not able to find a diamond that matched the size of the diamond I had lost (it was a tiny chip of a diamond, weight .08) therefore they were not fixing anything and to pick up my jewelry. I am appalled! They kept my jewelry almost a complete week and did nothing! The sales girl Lisa's exact words were "we have a boatload of other jewelry." They lost my business.

I met Fabiola (Fabi) and was absolutely impressed by the knowledge and kindness. They took care of my rings at a much lower cost and they looked brand new. Victor goes above and beyond when it comes to your jewelry. He checks prongs and puts the rings thru a rigorous cleaning before he returns them. I was even given the opportunity to look at my rings thru a jewelers loop. They did that just in case i wanted to be sure my gemstone was mine before and after the cleaning. It took only one full day for the rings to be restored to brand new. Since that meeting over 2 years ago, they have been our go to store for all our jewelry needs. I was surprised and confused I've never been greeted that way when entering a store intending to browse and spend money. His tone, stare, and overall demeanor felt dismissive and unwelcoming from the very first moment. I explained I just wanted to look around for watches, but he remained short and unfriendly throughout. I even pointed out directly that his behavior felt rude, hoping it might change the interaction, but there was no apology, no softening, and no effort to engage. I left without browsing further. There's a basic level of professionalism one expects from a jewelry store especially one dealing in higher-value items like watches where a welcoming, respectful attitude encourages customers to stay and spend.
