I need to relay an experience I had at Azusa Mega Pawn today. I went in to have a price on a gold bracelet I had for a number of years, wanted to see what it was worth, considering selling it. The person who helped me was very friendly and professional and gave me a price, but that's not why I'm leaving this review... On the way out, I inadvertently dropped a ring I had for several years, it must've fallen out of my pocket when I was having the bracelet appraised and I never noticed it. Later, I was looking for it, and it was gone, not in my pocket anymore, so with literally no expectations of success, I called Azusa Pawn and asked if anyone had found a ring. I described it, and guess what...She said yes, a manager found it on the floor and turned it in! Say What! An honest person, literally giving me shot in the arm of hope for humanity. It would've been so easy to say, "We didn't find anything," but the person answering the phone didn't say that; she said it's here, and I can pick it up. Again, I had never been in there before, but I will be back. My experience was that there are good people in this world, and one of them works at Azusa Mega Pawn, good people. I will be back. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.
