I asked the other person behind the counter to see 2 different trims, he refused to show me the second one and was literally arguing with me and raising his voice telling me the 2 trim is EXACTLY the same as the first. I have no idea why I even decided to buy this trim from them, after the worker literally insulted me in front of my mother in law and friend, and other customers by yelling at me that it's the same trim. All I said back to him was: hey, I'm sorry you're having a bad day, but there is no reason to be rude to me. I wanted to get the trim on that day but they did not have enough of it. The owner, Benjamin, took the money, $100 cash, and my address, and told me it would be sent out to me in about eight days. This was on June 8, now it is August 5. I have been back last month, asking him again where my trim is, he told me that he will send it, he will put in order in, but I still have not received it. He also told me he would not refund my money. His justification was: Sorry, I don't have the trim, I will make an order, why are you upset , it's only $100. He suggested I pick something out for that money. I'm not a seamstress and I don't need any other trim. I am simply getting married and I need one piece of trim. That's what I ordered. Extremely rude. I have texted him, and have not received any answer from him. Big mistake ordering anything from this shop- they will take your money and not ship it.

Normally when you visit the FD all you see is the same merchandise over and over again in every shop. So today when I was in need of some earrings for a special event I made my way back here only to discover that Kukuly's had moved across the way to a spot twice as big and jammed packed with twice as much fantastic merchandise. All over the shop you'll see pages of fashion magazines on display from Elle, Vogue and InStyle with images of the latest celebrity red carpet trend and then right next to it on the shelf...the same exact item but for a bargain price. Which brings me to my last point: A Great experience. I had no idea what this place was until I went.
