I also noticed that they had a tiny bit more merchandise for Pochaco, Hangyodon, Keroppi, & Badtz Maru in comparison to what I've seen at the Westfield Santa Anita. There are a bunch of items not for sale which I assume are rare display statues and plushies. Good amount of stationery, plushies, home goods, accessories etc.

There's a cashier at the front and not much interaction, but I prefer this over some of the older locations where they'd hover over you. Stock here is decent, but it's nowhere close to the RH location, but ever since going here as a high schooler (rare visits), I'd love to ascend and descend the stairs and look down and look at the decorations and random Ghibli and cute character goods they have up there.

Lev soon came out shortly to help me look for a piece that was in my price range and helped me put them on clamps to hold up next to my ear. This really helped me decide on what to choose as I could "see it" on my ear. Both made me feel so welcomed!! They were both so friendly and cool that I made a mental note to come back to get a piercing from this place. The pieces here are a bit on the higher end but most piercing studios with higher quality pieces usually have the same price range. Absolutely recommend this studio!!…read more I made an appointment online for a hidden helix and two lobe piercings, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. 1.) The studio is incredibly clean! Everything felt very organized and sanitary. Each piece of jewelry is sterilized for 7-9 minutes before being used, and the jewelry displays were spotless and beautifully organized by brand. Every piece they carry is gorgeous, so be prepared to have a hard time choosing! 2.) Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff My appointment was with Boge, and while I was waiting, Lev helped me choose my jewelry. Both were incredibly kind and patient, especially because I am very indecisive. They never pressured me to choose anything and were happy to show me different jewelry sizes, talk through my options, and help me calculate the total cost. 3.) Honest advice and genuine customer care This was probably what impressed me the most. I originally came in wanting a hidden helix, but Lev actually advised me against getting one at this time because of the potential healing concerns with my ear anatomy and piercing history. They also took into consideration my upcoming events and helped me plan which piercings to get first and when it would be best to get the others. Although I was initially disappointed that I couldn't get the hidden helix, I really appreciated their honesty. They easily could have done the piercing, but instead prioritized what they felt would be best for my healing. That made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer rather than just making a sale. And the customer care went above and beyond! I hadn't eaten before my appointment because I was nervous, and Boge noticed and offered me one of her own chewy granola bars so I wouldn't risk feeling faint. Such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. 4.) Fixed my messed up Claire's Piercing I had a piercing on my right ear that was pierced at the worst location as I have a mole there so I never bothered wearing earrings. Boge was able to work her magic and made everything look even! Please see my photos for before and after. Seamless experience (I have a super low pain tolerance and prone to fainting with needles). She was so kind and talked me through it all and let me lay in the chair for a bit before even getting up. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable at any point. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I left feeling really confident about my piercing plan. The tent was set up in the back parking lot and contained racks and racks of brightly colored clothing (blouses, pants, dresses, etc.), swimsuits, and shoes. Shoppers were even trying stuff on right out in the open in the back of the tent...it was an experience! Trina Turk's clothing style has a cool vibe, and the clothing is all brightly colored. We have a second home in the Palm Springs area, and their fashions go great with that midcentury modern/contemporary look. Regular prices are what I would consider very expensive, but this tent sale had stuff marked down to incredibly reasonable prices. From what I gather reading other Yelp reviews, this is an outlet store. In addition to clothing, their stores also sell accessories, books, and décor items for midcentury modern/contemporary homes.
