I have been going to this store for at least 20 years. They sell high quality product at very reasonable prices. I can always find what I'm looking for (and even a lot of what I didn't go looking for and then bought ). I drive 60+ miles to get there and it is worth all the time I spent in traffic on freeways and then looking for parking in Downtown LA. I have also ordered online from them with no problems. The service here was awesome! They carry such a great selection of beads and rhinestones and those items in between. The prices were great, and if you're looking for a certain budget the sales team was helpful in making suggestions. I haven't found better prices yet! They do have a great system of managing store traffic to help cut back on theft, but it didn't feel over bearing. This was the second stop on my fashion district bead tour. Cute place with a rhinestone encrusted little gate at the front. I had a coffee (not allowed which is understandable given the nature of the merch) but they were nice about letting me park it in a little designated spot on the counter. I am partial to gemstone and pearl, but everyone needs and uses findings which were aplenty here. I felt the stone selection here was not as comprehensive as Beads and More and the stones seemed a bit pricier, but they made up for it with the glass and acrylic beads and the charms; great selection, reasonable pricing. I picked up some cute acrylic metal studded beads and some peace signs and some iridescent glass prism beads. The staff were nice and helpful , but not overbearing. Overall liked it. read more

I came w my toddler bc I am a parent after all. You would think I am the devil the way the owner glared at me just bc I was there w my kid There is a no stroller rule which honestly for an umbrella stroller that can fit narrow spaces, would have made the experience much better to keep her strapped in. I had to take my kid out and what do you expect she is going to want to touch everything vs had I kept her in, it would be more controlled. This place is too much. Don't appreciate getting scolded at during what I was hoping would be a nice shopping experience bc they are so not kid friendly. I would not go out of my way to visit this place again. read more

Terrible customer service! I purchased online and never got the package. Tracking number said label was created but never shipped. Martha very rudely on the phone told me, they did everything right and it's not their problem that package did get scanned and I should contact the USPS my self. And then literally hung up on me. The worst service ever. They yelled at me for brining my baby to the store, telling me they can't let me take the stroller in and they suggested leaving my baby in the front. WTF!!!! I'm gonna leave my baby in the front by himself? Are you nuts? Their reason why they couldn't let me take my baby is that the aisles are too small for strollers. My first time here . There's a roof parking right across. The whole block was beads and trims. Once u enter they have a greeter. I went on a Saturday around noon. Lots of people. They have attendants on every aisle. I shopped the gemstones a bit. The strands were maybe 15" ranges from guessing $7+. I bought a polish 8mm Howlite 12" or 15" strand $7 +25% off. The finish or polish of the beads is average. I felt like the quality can be better. What I really loved is the charm selection! So many to choose from. Silver, gold, antique, antique silver, etc. Great prices as well. They are in little plastic tags kept clean from dust. They must have a great saworski section because there was a lot of shoppers in that area. I would need to go back to shop the beads in depth. read more

The store owner was not helpful when I asked if he had something similar to the inspiration photos I had. He said you can look and see if anything catches your eye. And the pricing is very deceptive. I thought a bunch of a string of beads was the price listed next to it but it was actually 3.50 per string. They have a 25 dollar minimum but that's fine. And they tell you customers can only be in the store for 15 minutes at a time. Other stores on the street had more options more helpful employees and better prices read more

Staff is friendly and helpful, and when I had a question about the back of one of the beads, they went with me, and opened a package so I could see. This place has A LOT of stuff. I recommend you take an hour to go through everything if you don't have a concept in mind. If you do, ask where that specific item is; otherwise you'll get lost in a sea of inspiration! Regarding purchasing Swarovski, it's a slow process for sure; they count and weigh everything in front of you as opposed to having it pre-packaged. Somewhat tedious and doesn't really allow the customer to see the entire inventory, which is posted behind the counter where you kinda have to squint to see it. My one gripe is that several of my dozen- or two dozen-count packages of crystals were miscounted, so it through my design off. I hope next time they are more diligent with giving me what I pay for. But the chick(s) that were helping me were dumber than a box of rocks. Plus, the hefty Hispanic chick was talking smack in spanish. Hello, I may be a whitey but Yo hablo espanol!! And the other chick couldn't add my total on her calculator to save her life. She kept coming up with different totals.
