The son of the lady told me I can return within 5 days with a receipt but the shoes are final sale. I come back 2 days later with my receipt wanting a return for the pants since they were too small, right off the bat the lady denies me and I ask why and she said I can only exchange, I mention to her that the two guys that were here before told me otherwise, they also didn't have the pants in my size anymore. She said in her 30 years she would never say that which I replied, of course not because I didn't speak to you, and possibly your sons misspoke to me but that is what they told me. She then replied that there are signs all over the store and I told her if I had seen them I wouldn't have asked for the return policy. She offered store credit and once I agreed she then began saying my pants were not from two days ago and they don't sell the pants I returned. I assured her I bought them there and I had the receipt to prove it. Completely unprofessional, policy should be more lenient since their fitting rooms are closed. Lady needs to retire. would rate 0 stars if I could.

Finding plus-size clothing in thrift stores usually feels like an afterthought, but here it's the focus--and it shows. The racks are full of variety, from everyday essentials to standout pieces, with a mix of both gently used and brand new items. The pricing is refreshingly fair (honestly better than I expected), and the store itself feels clean, organized, and welcoming. It's rare to see a space where plus-size women are clearly prioritized, and it makes the whole shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for great style without the usual frustration.

A metallic pink two piece and a blush pink dress for my birthday. They arrived on the Saturday of, so 3 days after I had placed my order. I didn't open the package until later that night when I was all ready and all I had to do was wear the dress, I opened the package, took the dress out, took the tags off, opened the zip and put it on, once the zip was open, it wouldn't close, and when it did, it opened right up and at this point I had to wear the other outfit. I specifically ordered that dress for that day, i was so mad. So i contacted them to returen it and send another, I even sent them the pictures. They agreed and said as soon as they got a tracking number they would ship. When they received the item, I called and they said they couldnt send me another because the tags were taken out. I feel like tags are easy to replace, had I known before hand, I would have included them in the return package. They shipped the dress back, and now it's July , and I can't find the right zip for it, it still doesn't work. It's brand new but damaged. I spent $120 on that dress, they need to takecare of their mistakes and their customers better. If I wasn't so into bandage dresses, I would have never purchased from them again. Their clothes are amazing, great quality, but their polices are messed up.
