The customer service is no longer what it used to be, and it honestly feels like there may be new ownership. What I saw this weekend was testers being sold as regular products. I've also come across expired makeup, extremely high prices, and shelves that are rarely stocked with anything good. What's even more disappointing is seeing products that appear to be from Shein being sold for 5x the price. As a longtime customer, it's frustrating to see the quality and overall shopping experience decline this much. While I was in store Thursday night I seen a roach just walking around the displays for a store selling makeup and beauty products, cleanliness should be a top priority. I informed the employee and she said "what the F... no way this place always has them ughh can you kill it"? The majority of the makeup looked expired and old, which is just unacceptable for a retail store. I took a look at the foundation testers, and the product came out chunky and clumpy. What made it worse was the sign right next to them advertising "free shade matches" - meaning those same old, clumpy foundations are being applied directly to customers' faces. That's a hygiene and safety concern, plain and simple. I left without buying anything and won't be returning. I'd recommend Infinite Glow do a full check on their inventory and testers before someone ends up with an infection or a bad reaction.
