Let me just start out by saying WOWWWWWW! I'm so happy to have found this place, this store has everything and best of all they carry designer handbags and accessories. The person who helped me I believe is the store owner Jenovi, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel as is she is my new personal shopper now.Her items are very unique and nothing I've ever seen in other stores. They also carry designer handbags that are new, pre-loved and 100% authentic. Masks are required here and the staff also wears their mask, there is also hand sanitizer available upon entrance and there is social distancing. Just a clue people when someone starts a statement with I'm not racist but... you can bet the following words will be riddled with racism and prejudice! I'm a lifetime Whittier local and have driven past this place many times but never walked in. I stopped in here at a friends suggestion. I was looking for an outfit and shoes for a girls trip to Las Vegas. Came in on the Thursday before Memorial Weekend the owner was the only one in the store. She had 20 questions for me from the minute I was in the store "What are you looking for? Where are you going? Why don't I feel more confident (since a lot of the stuff is very tight and revealing) showing skin?" Some people like a personal shopper and some people like myself want to just browse and ask for help if needed. She was pushy but that's not why the one star. When I told her I was heading to Vegas she said she had been there the weekend before and happened to be staying a the Bellagio, the same hotel I was staying. She proceeds to tell me "I'm not racist but there are so many Black people now. They have really just brought the place down. You know they would be there at the smaller casinos but now they are all over the really nice expensive places." Oh really!!!!! All this while I was in the dressing room trying on clothes. I instantly stopped trying on her stuff and decided to never give this woman a dollar of mine. The minute she could tell I wasn't purchasing anything her entire attitude towards me changed. She was short cold and hardly made eye contact with me. Why someone thinks like this confounds me. Why she felt comfortable making racist statements to a stranger let alone to a customer of their business baffles my mind. Know your audience. My grandfather was black. Just because I look very white doesn't mean you know who I am. Genovi I suggest you take a look inside your heart. You are a minority yourself and some may say that You are bringing places down. What I can say for sure is with the way you treat people you are really bringing the world down not just the Bellagio. Do not support this small business. No stars if possible. read more

Not going back. I would give it a zero if possible. The worker was pushy. Asked what I was looking for. Initially, I was just going to browse but since she asked how she could help I told her I needed a simple black jacket. She started showing me a bunch of jackets that were not close to what I described. I tried on a couple of sweaters. She suggested one. Liked it. She kept mentioning the brand (I care less about brand names). The typed price was $280, handwritten was $100. She took it to the back and said the owner was going to give it to me for $80. I said ok, fine. $80 is good. I was ready to pay and the owner comes out. Sits in front of the counter, browsing her phone and asking me questions. "Did you find what you're looking for?" I didn't want to go through the same thing again so I just kept saying, "no, thank you." At one point she asked if I had seen the pink coat they had outside. How is that close to black? Lol! Ridiculous! I get home and guess what? The sweater they sold me for $80 had a hole on the shoulder part. Errr! It got me so upset. They just wanted to get rid of it. When I walked in the woman was on the phone the whole time and a employee following my every step and when I asked the manager if she has Chanel earrings she responded by saying we only have real Chanel not fake making it seem like I could not afford it.
