The only thing keeping this store from a perfect rating is the customer service. I walked in well over an hour before closing and was not acknowledged except for the 6 separate "reminders" that they are closing soon. I ended up walking out without really browsing properly or trying anything on;from what I saw, everything was pretty neat and organized! I actually found some nice things I wanted too. Unfortunate. Thank you Robert for reaching out. No, it wasn't Friday, it was yesterday, Sunday the 19th. I feel like reading some of the other negative reviews, I'm definitely seeing a pattern here. I hope to visit after the issues are properly addressed and corrected. Assisting customers might help them make decisions faster, having warm and welcoming staff who offer suggestions also might help. that's not what happened. I was simply "reminded" that they would be closing "soon" which is ridiculous to do since closing time was over an hour away. Seeing as this doesn't seem to be taken seriously I will update my review to account for how my issue was acknowledged. read more

They have a lot of clothes but need to do better on the pricing. A Levi's jeans with a bunch of stains going for the same price as Levi's without stains and in good condition? Come on. This belongs in the $1 bin or something. The new store is beautiful but they're super limited on what they have. The old store had a lot more clothes and new one has maybe half of what the other one had. New store also has clothes folded instead of hanging which is hard to see. The folded clothes could've been the ones that fit me but it was such a hassle to go through the stacks, just hang your clothes please. Also can't reach a lot of the clothes hanging high. read more

What this store offers is a collection of vintage clothing. They have men's, women's, kids, pretty much everything you would expect. Overall, they have good quality clothing and a lot of ever-changing very unique pieces. Just a note: you are going to pay a little bit more here for your vintage clothing then say you would at a thrift store. This is not unexpected because what they have done is to go through and offer only the best of the best. I like it here! They have some nice finds here. I found a pair of Levi's shorts that fit me well. I have been here before a few times and tried on over 6 items before and felt comfortable trying on as much as I liked, even if none of it ended up working out. Some Good items but prices are way too high. You can definitely find some items like this at your local goodwill store nearby or even what not. Definitely, customer service needs a major improvement just because you're related to the owner as the niece doesn't mean you have to be self absorbed and high and mighty. This is for the tall skinny emo chic. But, that just represents herself how she feels inside. Which definitely doesn't make me want to go again. I've been shopping here since I was seven years old. I still remember I bought a brown cardigan that was oversized at the time, and I still wear it to this day (16 years later). Their clothing lasts a lifetime, because it's made from vintage material that sadly isn't commercially made anymore. I love this shop so much. It's by far the best vintage shop in the greater Los Angeles area, and it feels like I've shopped and thrifted everywhere around here. Every item seems individually selected, like the places you would find on Melrose Ave in Fairfax, but with better clothing and prices. I bought a dress here back in 2018 for $5...it's 2023 and it's still the best thing I've thrifted.

I get it, it's a vintage store. However, I wish there was more quality control. The items they have on the rack that are incredibly faded and thin, yellow pit stains, stains, and holes with a high tag prices. At a thrift, it would be on a the $0.50 cent rack. And what's with all the cropping? And why are the shirts cropped so short? This place also isn't very size inclusive. It's like they just grab any old thing from the rag house, crop it, and slap a $35 price tag on it without actually inspecting the garment. A majority of the stuff in there shouldn't be priced more than five dollars. read more
