Rag house vintage is not a thrift shop, don't confuse that! This is a vintage store. You can tell they are selective with the pieces that they have in the store. These products are second hand, but some looked brand new and most were still in stellar condition. The prices are more than you would find at a thrift shop between $25-$40 dollar range. They have jeans, sweaters, jackets, shirts. The employee there was really nice and they even have fitting rooms that you can try things on which is really nice. The area is really nice as well. Tip: there isn't much street parking in this area but there is a parking garage that has free parking nearby within a less than 5 min walking distance

Love this shop! They have the raddest throw back clothes. The owner was very friendly and was talkative to everyone. Super cute decor and very clean shop! Will definitely come back soon. I love this store. So many shirts. If your on a budget you can find a cool vintage T or if you extra money to spend the store even has higher price points. Lots of Disney vintage T's, Vintage College T's and sweater's. Band T's. So much Variety! Staff is very nice. Store is always organized. Definitely stop by if your visiting Whittier. read more

Been coming to the shop since it opened. It's such a hidden gem in the city of Whittier. While there are many vintage stores around SoCal, I don't think I've found one with the overall vibe that Rag House provides on a daily basis. The amount of times I have walked in just to browse and end up walking out with bags full of clothing are numerous. The selection here is amazing, and the prices are incredibly fair. I like this small little shop in Uptown Whittier. They have a variety of unique gifts and a lot of…read moreFrida Kahlo inspired trinkets. I came here recently during an exhibit they had dedicated to the artist and it was really cool. They have a a lot of the remaining pieces up for display in the store as well as a lot of unique gifts for someone that is into this artsy lady. Things aren't super overpriced, you're getting some one-of-a-kind items that you wont be able to find anywhere else. The owner is really friendly and will gladly give you the backstory on any item that you might have questions on. Definitely worth making a stop if you're antiquing or just strolling through this historic district.
