Wow I love these hole in the wall thrift stores and I was not disappointed here. I was looking for some yard sales and passed by this and it's one of those mom and pop old school thrift store with normal prices. My mom was able to pick up brand new New Balance shoes for 7 bucks. I got some vintage 1982 stickers from the LA Olympics (3 bucks) and a dope sweater (13 bucks) with some shades(3 bucks) all those items are pictured. Some of the girls clothing look straight from the Brady Bunch very much a asthenic I love. It has a little bit of everything. I almost left with a bread box. read more

This place is super sick! The owner is such a sweet lady, both her and her son help to manage the store. There are tons of little knickknacks, ranging from clothings to records to shoes and accessories. Felt like I was mining and struck gold here !! it felt like the good old times thrifting here . Lots of clothes and random stuff , old stuff , new stuff , fun stuff , cool stuff . I dug around for about an hour and half and left with arms full of goodies at a great deal. It's old school here and that's my fav way for a thrift shop to be . I loved that a small bargain happened , it was fun . Most places won't do that anymore . They had a dollar bin out front with some solid pieces . The guy who owns the store is super mellow and chill, he is learning guitar so bring him some stuff to jam on and go say hello, it will be a lot of fun I promise ! read more

Have you ever gone thrifting with a tiny baby strapped to you? I don't recommend it but that's what ended up happening when I took my other (18 year old) baby thrifting and we had to lug the tiny sister with us (literally!) We weren't in there for long but let me tell you, this place is a GEM! If I didn't have a little person strapped to me wrecking havoc (she's 6 months and pulls everything) I could have been in there for HOURS! This what I miss about thrifting...find treasures and digging and digging for the perfect vintage sweater in the dead ass summer. The lady that rang us up was kind enough to turn the AC on for us cause, did I tell you I am old as shit and carrying a baby is harder than I remember? I saw so many cool things I wanted to get but again, it was hard to concentrate. My son did find a cool sweater and a jacket that high key I will borrow which is the perks of being short af and having a super tall kid. I need to come back without the baby so I can really dig and spend all of my husband's money. read more

This place is such a treasure! Golden thrift had several high quality items that I purchased, all under $20. The woman who worked there was happy to retrieve several of the pieces in hard to reach areas and allowed me to try on jackets over my clothing despite dressing rooms being closed. I found this spot with my grandma and she was the one who originally taught me how to thrift! It was a pleasure doing business and next time I am in town I will certainly be stopping by to check out her inventory once more. Thank you! read more

I found this place from TikTok, & I'm glad I went. Everything is super cheap & appealing. The clothes are in good condition, & I was shocked that most items were $10 & under. The shorts & tank top I got were only $6.50 total! The inside of the store is small, but everywhere you look there's something that catches your eye. They had a large book shelf in the corner, as well as toys, CDs, vinyl, & kitchen supplies. The lady at the register is really kind. She let me use the employee bathroom. read more

This has to be my favorite thrift store. Everytime I go in I find something that is incredibly unique, my style and affordable. They have a great selection of books, records and clothing as well as art decor. There are just so many peculiar things within I can't name em all! The family that runs it is also very kind. I always find myself in conversation with them. They go out of their way to provide handpicked items to bring to the store and they also play the best music to thrift to!! Before I walked in the door I found several articles of clothing in the bin out front for $1.00! Fantastic bargains and the store has so many different items. I saw luxury towels for $5.00 and the vinyl collection was extensive. I loved the music playing while I was shopping and can't wait to return. read more

I've been really surprised at what I find here, and they have a great selection of vinyl for cheap. This is a family run thrift shop with the best prices in town. Goodwill and Savers are all picked through and their policies are terrible. I love this place and the people working there are very kind. Unlike goodwill they don't just search it on ebay and put the top erroneous price someone has it listed for. I can always count on finding tools and cables I need, so this is where I always go. It's the only place in whittier where I feel comfortable shopping, unlike chain stores where you are patronized like a child and the employees act like they work for mcdonalds. The world needs more upcycle stores like this. read more

This is my favorite type of thrift store where you have to sort through items to really find what you want. Its definitely for a leisurely shopping trip. There are some vintage gems stirred in with gently used contemporary items. I came to look for one specific type of item and found so many other things that I wanted! You can get it cheaper online. If they want to jack up their prices for stuff that is donated to them for free they should have an online retail business, not own a thrift shop. Very small store but lots packed in. This is the type of store I'm used to, where you really have to dig to find the diamond in the rough. Very reasonable prices, but expect to stay some to give yourself enough time to filter through everything. Talk to the lady, she sometimes has items that aren't in the store or readily available. read more

stumbled upon this gem while driving by and i'm glad i popped in! the store has great finds from midcentury items, vintage magazines, to retro pop culture items. they do have a lot of current style clothing and decor so there is a little something for everyone. their inventory comes from yard sales, estate sales, flea markets, and donations. if you're a thrifter, visiting is a must. read more
