Hi there everyone, I went to Stagmi yesterday for a griddle after post op surgery . I met with Jessica she asked if I had recently had surgery and I stated yes and that I was still bleeding a little and I really did not want to try on. Jessica understood and just by asking me a couple of questions gave me a griddle and a stomach board. I was looking to buy a shaper and I have drove past this place a few times and I wanted to give them a try. I looked them up on yelp and saw all the horrible reviews but I still wanted to give it a try since they are very local. I called several times and nobody answered I didn't want to show up and have a bad experience like everybody else with them being closed and wasting my time. I really wasn't going to write this review but after hearing that my mom was told "I better not find out you come back to our store" I was A little upset. Let me back track to what happened. I just had my baby 5 months ago so I decided I wanted a waist trainer. I went in and the service was amazing! Ana five stars for her she went out of her way and took care of me and my mom beyond our needs past the closing time. Costumer service was not an issue, my problem was after a whole day of wearing the waist trainer like I was suggested to, the part between your armpit and chest was completely raw. As a hairdresser I have to be using my arms and upper body at all times there's no down time for me unfortunately and I was unaware that the waist trainer (shoulder to thigh) was going to irritate and peel away at my skin. So of course like in any other store of something doesn't sit right you try to return it or find something to exchange it for. This was not the case I went in and was told since I wore it I couldn't return it or exchange it for anything else. Long story short the owner got involved and was being very rude. Throwing their excellent costumer service in our face and finally telling my mom she could get the money back for the waist trainer that wasn't used and I could exchange mine for something else in the store, but that she better not see us in the store ever again. It's disappointing that she went and took the attitude she took with us because it wasn't like I was unhappy with the product because I just wanted my money back. It was a health concern. Not to say I did buy a bra from there that I am very happy about and exchanged my waist trainer for some pants and I love them. If the owner would have taken a different approach I would have kept going back for some more jeans and bras. But like I said we were told to never come back in because the waist trainer was peeling away at my skin. But Ana you did an amazing job before we got the waist trainer and after we went back to get an exchange. Owner -2 stars . (Mind my mother and I spent over 300 in that store.) read more

Love this place I had a faja from here last me 7 years! Today I decided to go with my mom and we got new ones. Shout out to the employee that helped us she was super nice and helpful! The store was getting pretty busy and she had a rowdy customer come in with a pink fluffy jacket yelling at her and speak to her extremely rude and she handled the situation very well and professionally. read more

I had seen the store several times driving by when working in the area and it was always closed. I mentioned to a girlfriend I wanted to stop by and get a shaper for a special engagement and my girlfriend mentioned that the owner was a sweetheart. I went out of my way and stopped by during my working hours in order to catch the store open. Unfortunately for me, I didn't meet the owner. The young lady working took two very long personal phone calls and gave very little assistance. When she was finally off the phone I asked about an item and which they did not have my size: first she told me it would be in next Thursday, then after a few more trips around the store I asked her to order one especially for me and I would come pick it up as soon as it was in. After my request she tells me it's been discontinued. At one point she compliments me on my pants I say thank you and disclosed they were just a cheapy pair that I picked up. She uses this information against me when I decide to buy a pair of pants that were $75, telling me that the pants for sale were not cheap like the ones I had on. I ignored her caddy remark. I asked her what was the equivalent to my size as all of the pants were sized in Colombia and once she picked out a pair I proceeded to go to the register and pull out my credit card. I am literally at the register card in Hand Pants on the counter ready to be wrung up and she again precedes to tell me that these pants are expensive. Sharing with me how much they cost in Colombia even more than they cost here. At this point I'm starting to get frustrated and ask is that price tag in US dollars? Yes...ok ring them up... Then she says . . They might not fit. Then I again proceeded to ask isn't this the equivalent of the size I asked for... I finally said forget it it's obvious you're not trying to make a sale. In this day and age with everything available online and cheaper you would think that when a customer comes in with a credit card in hand and is willing to make a purchase that you make it easy. Been wearing fajas for years they give you that perfect silhouette under pinup dresses. I wanted a new style, an all in one that way I wouldnt have bra lines. Who else but sexy Columbianas would have such an awesome creation! The lady who helped me was so nice, I speak limited Spanish and her limited English lol! Despite that we were able to communicate and she assisted me with getting into this new contraption. IT FELT AMAZING!!!! I'm serious I wore it home! I'm hooked on this all in one design, no more skeems or spanx this is the ultimate faja and it has a zippered gusset to use the restroom without having to pull it down. LOVE IT! read more

Visit last Saturday called talk to Victoria on the phone asked her if she had my size and she said yes. I was on my way when I arrived of course they didn't have my size. But the young lady at the counter called several locations to locate something no luck, I ended up buying something that I couldn't fit because the sizes where way off. I usually wear a 2xl or a 3xl the item they had was a 5xl I was sure it would fit. Nope 110.00 dollars gone no refund no exchange. Shit out of luck. I would not recommend this shop to any as sizes are deceiving. read more

Loved this store! I was looking for a faja after having liposuction and this store is amazing! Elvira assisted me and she was so helpful and answered all my questions.
