On this particular trip, I was looking for a large mirror. Lo and behold, there were three large mirrors in the back of the store... regular price in the $60-80 range, but marked down to $29.99. In the end, I didn't buy a mirror here, but it serves to demonstrate the cost savings you can find at Marshalls. I'm always tempted to go sift through the pants, but to be honest, there generally isn't a lot here for a 6'3" guy. If you're 5'4" and 130 pounds, you're gonna enjoy yourself. There also always seems to be four or five pairs of pants that are designed for someone who is super short and morbidly obese.... like Snorlax obese. Located in a huge complex of many stores, this is a fun place to duck in and look around.

I recently purchased a good amount of clothing items from the Marshalls in Ontario mills in the IE and they had a great selection of brands I've never seen at Marshall's before! ....apparently the cashiers here never seen it either....i kept about 2/3 of the items from my 300 dollar purchase & everything I was returning was brand new unworn no flaws, had both the original tag and the Marshall's tag, and I had the receipt. The elderly lady who was helping me had to go get 2 other cashiers to help her "verify" the items were "in the system" and the cashiers were facing the back counter and kept looking back at me and I'm just standing there like ‍lol they also verified every item even the items from the same brand they had just verified?...there's already a long line at Marshall's and she made it take even longer....i get that there are people who abuse return policies but then maybe cashiers need better training? So that they are better equipped to spot abuse and more knowledgeable about the merchandise Marshalls carries. Went into this location that my family regularly frequent. On this day it was me and my 6yr old…read moredaughter. Before shopping, she had to use the restroom and just before we went in there we smelled a horrific scent. My eyes immediately began to burn. I wanted to share this info with the manager but I decided to ask the two female representatives standing right outside the restroom first. I asked them if they had any air freshener because unfortunately it smelled terrible. They both said no to my question. I asked to speak with the manager on duty because I wanted the store aware of what was going on in the ladies restroom. While we waited, a male customer began to antagonize me when I asked one of the female employee's how to spell her name. He said a bunch of nonsense that I don't think is necessary to repeat because he was not an employee. Anyway, I wanted to report the foul odor to a supervisor, that's why I wanted to get the spelling right. I did not feel like this was a safe space for my daughter nor me. Moral of the story, I chose not to endanger my kid nor my family to such unnecessary nonsense. I reported this issue to security and I told him I would share my experience through yelp and he thanked me. He said they have asked corporate to do something about the restrooms and nothing has been done yet. Wow!!!!!! If you see something wrong, report it. It may save someone's daughter from unnecessary toxic and the parent from unnecessary confrontation with customers. Every voice matters.

This dollar three had one cashier, Jessie (at first), and he had about 6 people in line (when we walked in). We rush to find our double insulation clear cups with no logos (which they had 6 of, and we bought 4). By the time we made our way up front from quickly browsing through the store. Which was super clean, well stocked, and organized. This is actually one of the cleanest Dollar Tree stores I have seen. Joshua had opened up another register, and there was only one person ahead of us in each line. GREAT TEAM WORK JOSHUA AND JESSIE!!!! And your customer service was A+++. The Mr. used the restroom (which Jessie walked him to), and he said it was really clean. And I found a different flavored Kit Kat (chocolate frosted donut). Which we will be trying for the first time. I'm excited. Joshua checked us out and was very personable. Jessie even complemented the Mr's outfit. The guys customer was very welcoming and top notch and we will be coming back to this Dollar Tree when we are back in the area.
