Los Angeles is full of great deals we just gotta know where to go. Doing some investigating for a bathroom vanity they definitely didn't have what I wanted here. They did have good deals on the party tents. I'm considering just buying one and renting it out just good little side gig . Plus we have parties all the time! I did get a really good deal on bowls For my mom's Bible study group. It's falling and we are right about to be serving soup.

950 am, Sunday, July 19, 2026…read more I got to the corner of LA Habra and Beach. I saw that the short cut to the gas station was open. I proceeded when the left turn arrow turned green and I pulled into the parking lot to park not to get gas. I saw the horde of gold star members waiting to get on at 10 am! There were two minutes left! I hurried, got my digital membership ready on my phone and scanned it just in the nick of time! I'm on a hunt for clearance items! I found the Omnibreeze tower fan with internal oscillation and wi-fi for $39.99! $10 off regular price. I grabbed two out of four left in stock. Cha Ching! Hmm, this fan doesn't have strong velocity though, grrr. It's easy to set up, very cool tech features using wifi connection. Next, I found Disney themed door mats for $10 each, two different styles. I grabbed them both! The matriarch and daughter loved them! Then I found the jumbo 14 oz bag of lesser evil Himalayan Gold popcorn made with coconut oil and Himalayan salt. There was a coupon mark down for these. What the heck is going on with the egg prices! Pasture-raised two dozen eggs were $7.99! Whoa. That's 33 cents each. You can find them for double the unit price on Amazon or $10 for 18 Vital Farms at Target. So, 10 am is not as busy as you think. The check out lines were short but best if you have the Executive membership to get in an hour earlier.

As I've said about other Costco locations, what's not to love about Costco? You can get food,…read moretires, gasoline, glasses/contact lens, toilet paper, clothes, TVs and appliances all in one place. It's really the other members that make the shopping experience suck so that's not on Costco. But, the members at La Habra are pretty chill. Specific to the La Habra location, the pros are that this place isn't as busy as the other Costcos that I'd frequent. You pay OC sales tax which is lower than LA. Cons: It doesn't have the more Asian foods if you're looking for those. Shopping cart return corrals could be better spread out.

Trying the new chocolate chip cookie. I approve of the new strawberry ice cream. Both are available in the food court.

The products are wonderful. We've been getting products for a little over a year now. Our top go to…read moreproducts are CKLS and Worms B Gone. This summer I decided to try the 7 day cleanse. Whoa. I thankfully drank the 16 oz of olive oil in 15 minutes. Day 1 was HARD. I definitely felt sick as my body was working the oil through and doing its thing. Day 2-5 were challenging but I stuck to the raw fruits and veggie diet + spring water. Day 6-7 were my easiest days! I'm on my last day as I type this review. I'm proud of myself for making it through. It was definitely a challenge for me but this was a good reset for my system. My skin is glowing, bloat gone, digestive system is MOVING, I feel lighter. I remained active (yoga, walk, weight lighting) during this cleanse so by 3pm I felt ready for a nap daily due to the low calorie intake but nonetheless I didn't feel dizzy. Hot yoga felt amazing on this cleanse! If you're looking for a cleanse, check this out.

Renee, the owner, was very helpful and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. She told me she didn't carry African net sponges as they contain plastic and are not good to use for your body, so she suggested the agave wash cloth instead. I took my time to look around the shop too and there were so many goods that I got a bit overwhelmed so I'll have to come back to peruse those more sometime :) Renee was very friendly, kind, helpful, and awesome. Her energy is warm but strong like a fire. She took the time to talk to me about her shop that she's had for over 30 years now, asked me for my name, and hoped that she'd see me again -- which she definitely will be! Lots of books, tote bags, bracelets, incense, hair products, and much more. She told me she tries to host events for the community too, apparently I just missed a sound bath that they hosted this past weekend. I'd definitely recommend stopping by and I will most certainly be back again!!
