Recently, I purchased a box of green gloves that were actually contaminated. The whole box came like this, and there was no way to tell from the outside of the packaging. I feel like these should have been inspected because every single glove had some sort of weird orange residue on them that smelled bad and even the gloves themselves were ripping apart as I tried putting them on. I had to throw it away... I love this store, but that was a waste of money and time. We also got some keys made, and twice, the edges came out so rough that it would not work on the door. read more

For as long as I can remember I always come in clutch for my brothers on Valentines. I always get their cards for them . Last night when I drove by the wow discounts store I had to pull in. I found the perfect balloon and two gift bags one for my nephew & brother. So that they can come over in the morning to have the perfect Valentines gift for their significant other. Unfortunately I saw a homeless lady on the floor . I asked her aren't you cold? She replied I'm trying to download an app of a fireplace to keep her fingers warm . Ok.......I said hold on I'll get you a blanket from my car. Unlocked my car grab the blanket in outflew the balloon sad face emoji. She was so excited for my blanket she told me it smelled good too. I like this store and I come often, but recently I was very disappointed to purchase expired drinks: Coconut water was expired by 6 months, Perrier water was expired by 1 year, and bottled water was expired by 8 months. No wonder they were cheap compared to grocery stores. I didnt bother returning them. I will return for other things, like crafts etc. but just be aware of expirations dates. read more

This is your average dollar store however, they are a bit unethical when it comes to giving you your money back when they sell you defective items. I bought my grandson a remote control car. It was missing a tire and stopped working after, about, 30 minutes, even though I put brand new batteries in it. I had bought it 2 days prior and had my receipt. When I went to return it, they refused to give me my money back and pointed to their sign that they do not give refunds, rather only exchanges and store credits. When I pointed out that they sold me a defective item that did not work properly, the cashier stated, "we have our signs for a reason". I believe this is illegal, not to mention unethical. I prefer to support honest and fair businesses. read more

You can get snacks, cleaning items, household items and gifts in one convenient location. The owner is great. He was very welcoming. I love shopping at your store, Wow Discount, but if your business hours say 9am, you can't be opening at 9:30am or 10am. This is the 2nd time i come to yoir store at 9am, and the store isn't open. Your business hours are false advertisement. Please be professional, otherwise loyal customers like myself will get very frustrated and move on to shop elsewhere. My family and I stopped by Wow Dollar a few days ago, we are new to the area. Being that I use an electric wheelchair to get around, I really appreciated the wide and clear aisles. I was able to make a 360 degree turn easily in the aisles. The accessible ramp at the entrance was clear. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Junior was welcoming and very accommodating.
