the lady owner is so rude! My family and I had been using this store to plan a funeral service and gave them lots of business. I came in 4 days before the funeral to place an order to have balloons blown up and ready for pickup before a planned reception. I got there at the time of pickup Jose told me and had already prepaid for them because I needed them ready for a reception following the funeral service. Just to come in the day the scheduled pick up was and the owner lady has my balloons on counter still in the bag with my receipt saying that HER employee Jose didn't charge what she would have so she didn't complete the order. Mind you I just left a funeral in a rush to get my order and I explained how that wasn't fair her employee made a mistake on the payment and she went back and forth with me. A real owner would take the loss for their mistake. Mind you the order I placed the few days earlier had my name, #, email and you mean to tell me when they caught their mistake they couldn't call to tell me to have this sorted out prior so I wasn't left with nothing the day of the planned funeral service??? We had recommended this place to lots of family and friends and will not be returning!! read more

I came here for my son's confirmation souvenirs that I wanted to give away to guests as a momentum with his name printed on a ribbon for each organza bag. And, with the selections and great prices from this store, it came out perfect! No need to go to downtown L.A. to get craft items for cheap price. This place has the same items without having to travel through the crazy traffic, bad parking, and bad odor of downtown LA. They make personal things like banners, large photos, or those "recuerdos"/ "things to remember" with a printing machine. They also have sowing things, fake flowers, a huge variety of ribbons, and small devices for to create your own thing. I found this place on yelp and called, when I arrived the lady was waiting for me and knew exactly what I needed. Her prices are great (cheaper than downtown L.A) and way faster. Thi s was a nice place. It had everything you need to craft. I didn't like that everything did not have a price so I had be asking for prices. Some stuff was a little old and out dated, but over all I got everything I needed and prices are more affordable than bigger craft stores. They had a big selection of ribbon. I was in here for awhile letting my creative juices flow with all the crafts around. They had displays of good ideas for XV's, weddings and bautizo's.
