We intended to keep purchasing from them but took it as a sign and started coming to Lowe's. We finally are getting a laundry room! The hot days in the laundry mat are over!!! Well not really because we have those Mexican blankets and you know we need industrial washer and dryers for those bad boys. Anyway, came in and we were overwhelmed. My sister did know she wanted a Maytag or another old school brand. Shannon came up to us like some angel sent from the home building/keeping Heaven. Shannon absolutely answered every question we had and more. She seriously puts the care in customer care. Wasn't pushy, she was patient. Wasn't uninformed, she was knowledgeable. She helped me open up a credit card (hello, good credit!) and there we got our washer and dryer! So easy and seriously a pleasure working with Shannon. Couldn't help but notice her award patches on her vest... she absolutely earned them. Give the woman a raise, please! I have had three more encounters with Lowe's employees and let's just say they weren't the best. BUT I came back because of Shannon and as fate would have it, she helped me again with some cabinetry order I was having trouble with. Again, here she comes but from cabinetry heaven this time. She is now working in doors and I am so glad our home is like the Winchester home because your girl here is about to take all the doors down just so Shannon could help me. In all honesty, we don't shop in Pico because of the taxes. I don't care about that anymore. Good help is hard, nearly impossible to come by these days. Extremely grateful to Shannon and her stellar customer service/care. Truly, she is a gem. I'll follow up with cabinetry and washer/dryer deliveries and update my review. Thank you again Shannon. We have the honor of working on our 100 year old childhood home and bringing it back to its glory seemed like such a huge feat. Days we were so defeated because we didn't know so much but when you come across people who genuinely want to help you, those seemingly impossible, difficult feats turn into something manageable and not so daunting. Infested with spiders and mosquitoes. I went to look at the…read moreplants for 5 minutes at 3pm when the sun is out and I got bit TWICE by mosquitoes. I saw another two mosquitos land on my leg but was able to leave before they bit me too. My boyfriend was there with me for like one minute and got a bite as well. We were literally by the plants for less than 5 minutes!!! They need to do something about that like maybe put up some zevo traps or do SOMETHING because this is ridiculous. Lowe's, you have bugs attacking your customers! Do something please!! I also attached a picture from a time I came in the past of a gigantic spider web I saw outside at night, but there was probably 10 more within my line of sight. Also all by the plants and in corners there's a bunch of spiders too.

Decided to drive up to LA from San Diego for my birthday to go vinyl shopping, and this spot was on…read moremy list. Walked into a straight-up paradise of organized vinyls with a crazy good selection across all genres. The first guy there didn't acknowledge us or say a word, which kinda sucked since I had a few questions. Not gonna lie though, he was playing some really good music, so I let it slide. Ended up finding quite a few vinyls I was hyped about. I had some others in hand, but realized they were overpriced. When we were ready to pay, another guy with curly hair was at the register, he had completely different energy. Super friendly, good vibes all around. Hopefully I catch him again next time I'm in. Plenty of parking near by.

It's the closest one to where I work and it's the intended one for Target runs. It's a larger one too, with a different layout, similar to the one I've been to in Anaheim where it's mostly clothing in the middle and everything else in the periphery. Since it's so large, make sure to use your app with the store location set so you can figure out what aisle to be in. Plenty of parking, but I can see the plaza getting quite busy. I noticed immediately that this larger location has more plants and flower bouquets available when you enter so that's nice if you need a quick gift. Most of the Xmas clearance items have been cleared out by the second week of January, unfortunately. Prices are standard with any Target. We got what we needed and left afterwards. No issues.
