Wow!! What a gem of a store. If you need decorations of any sort for your party and/or other festive events, this is definitely a place to visit. Thank you to my good friend Jose J. (new to Yelp) and his wife for introducing my wife, Erika M. (Yelp Elite), to this HUGE party supply store. Surrounded by many warehouses housing many types of businesses, this party supply warehouse is located in a huge industrial area. Looking at the place from the outside, one would never know that it can be a real life- and money-saver for those looking to find anything and everything for their events. You will find rows upon rows of decorations, balloons, streamers, games, toys, and more, neatly displayed in plastic bins. Note: They do not sell candy of any sort You will also notice boxes and pallets of supplies neatly stacked in metal shelves two stories high. There were so many party supplies that this place truly left me in awe. Prices are very competitive (if not better) for most items, and almost free for others, as they were priced at rock-bottom clearance prices. Employees were very helpful, friendly, and hardworking. Parking is available for 20 to 25 vehicles in the private, gated parking lot. This is a place I recommend visiting before you break the bank the next time you need party decorations. read more

its this huge warehouse to buy balloooons. Nothing has price tags so i'm almost always surprised as to how cheap things are as i throw them into my basket though! A friend told me about this store. What a gem. Overwhelming but in a good way. It's a warehouse filled with party supplies, mostly balloons but has a good amount of other items. They have a parking lot. The entrance is not labeled. The warehouse is open and you just walk in. You'll find a whole array - plates, napkins, cups, photo backdrops, tassels, candles, goody bags and lots and lots of balloons. Prices are not labeled but when I went to check out the prices were reasonable. Huge warehouse with tons of balloon and party supplies. Came here to get some letter balloons since another chain store is too expensive. The place is kinda organized? I was looking at the letter balloons and it was all out of order, different colors in the wrong spots. Luckily I was able to find letters in matching colors. Got them inflated for half the price of the popular chain store. One of the letters was labeled as a S but when blown up it was a 5. They were able to locate a S and change it for me. Good place to get balloons if you are willing to browse around. They do charge a credit card fee if you don't hit the minimum! read more

Just as the photos show, the warehouse building offers rows and rows of party supplies for your planning needs. A good amount of the aisles are for balloons - any color you can imagine and various finishes. They will inflate your balloons for you for a fee. The parking can be a little hard to find as the lot is very small. The customer service is non existent, so once you walk in you are on your own. Also, I was looking for a "birthday girl" sash but they didn't have any. Many pallets block the aisles which can make some areas inaccessible. We got a hand basket full of decor for about $60. I literally jst waited 30 minutes in line to not buy 4 balloons, mind you the warehouse was not even busy at all. I had to say something to be helped bcus the gentlemen was taking his sweet time helping another customer look up her account & after she repeated several time he wasn't comprehending... They told the previous customer they had Stands in stock when they didn't, then the employee proceeds to say "not a problem" instead of apologizing. Then I'm being helped to the register to the left to be told they don't take debit their and have to go back to the other registers to be charged 1.50 more , I decided to jst walk away & not purchase here. This place is in terrible shape! Firstly, there are nails scattered all over the floor, and boxes are strewn everywhere, blocking access to supplies and making it impossible to see anything clearly. Secondly, be prepared for relentless harassment. An older Asian lady, about 5'1" in height, followed me closely, keeping a hawk-like eye on me. Despite my confusion, I remained polite when she asked if I needed help. I explained that it was my first visit and I was simply browsing for baby shower ideas. However, she continued to tail me, responding rudely with, "people who come here know what they want." Frankly, this place is like a labyrinth with thousands of items and aisles, and I had no clue what I wanted my baby shower theme to be. Her behavior felt incredibly rude. She persisted in following me, prompting me to request politely that she stop. Although she stepped back momentarily, she quickly resumed tailing me, catching up as soon as I moved to another aisle. I confronted her, asking why she was following me when I clearly didn't require assistance. I wasn't handling merchandise, only shifting boxes that obstructed my view - no photos, just browsing for inspiration. Her relentless harassment left me feeling profoundly uncomfortable. I had to request her to leave me alone five times, and I even asked for her supervisor or manager. Then, she started speaking in Mandarin, saying disrespectful things about me. To her surprise, I understood every word. She falsely accused me of being a spy, claiming I was touching everything to steal ideas for my own shop - an absurd accusation! In English, I responded, demanding an explanation for her remarks. I revealed that I understood Mandarin and clarified that I hadn't touched anything, just moved boxes in my way. She was taken aback and touched my arm, exclaiming, "OMG, you understand Mandarin? How?" It appeared she had stereotyped me based on my appearance as Mexican (which I am), but I'm also Taiwanese. Suddenly, her attitude changed as she recognized me as the daughter of a regular customer who had recommended this place. However, by this point, I was frustrated, felt harassed, and thoroughly annoyed. I'm just an innocent person looking at balloons and decorations! My advice: Don't bother coming here. Service is always great. My problem is that I am a balloon twister. I need 260's, 160's etc in ALL the colors! The selection has dwindled down abysmally. To me, it seems that they cater mostly to people who do balloon garlands. I know that the closing of Qualitex was a huge blow to the industry, as very few companies measure up. BUT only having 1/4 of one aisle dedicated to balloons for twisting in a HUGE warehouse full of a plethora of aisles dedicated to ROUND balloons is completely unacceptable!! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Amazing place to go to if you need balloons for any occasion. They have SOOOO many balloons in every color, size, and design! I've been here multiple times and still haven't walked down every aisle to see all their balloons. Their more common shades tend to go out of stock but there's still a lot of other ones to choose from! Great place to get balloons for parties and make balloon garlands. Great place to go for your balloon needs! One thing I don't like is that you don't get the pricing til you go to the register. Majority of the balloons are not marked. It can definitely be overwhelming when you don't know what you're looking for. I usually do a lot of research before heading to the store to make sure I know what I need to grab. You can also get stuck here for hours just looking at everything that they have! They tend to run out of stock on certain things and it only restocks weekly. All sizes, different colors, etc. My only problem i went spent a decent amount bcuz i knew i had a party and when i went to the party, took my materials, and as i started to inflate, some bags were so old the balloons were sticking together and popping. First time there, very busy. I went on a Tuesday morning thinking it'll be calm, but I was told by one of the employees it's always busy any day. That's great for the business! I'm not a balloon artist or anything but I wanted more color selection and brand variety and that is why I wanted to check it out. They have so much party supplies! I was overwhelmed by it but at the same time excited to see what they were offering. I didn't find the exact colors I wanted for my baby shower balloon garland, but I did find other pretty colors that worked out for me. Everyone seems to be looking for the popular colors and unfortunately a lot were out but again, you could alternate some of those colors with other ones. One thing is that it was kinda messy from all the customers pulling and taking out of the balloon boxes. The isles were pretty messy unfortunately. Definitely prepare yourself for that! Once I had my balloons on my hand I went straight to line to get out of the madness since it was hot and messy, keep in mind I am 8 months pregnant so I wanted to get in and out. The Spanish speaking staff is the worst! This is a warehouse and it doesn't provide a restroom for the guest. I mean the staff tells you it's broken so no one can use it. Not even Home Depot or bigger stores deny you a restroom. The manager showed no leadership. When I asked if they had a working restroom for their paying customers!
