He took the time to walk with us around the store, answering questions, opening cases and getting to know us. My son walked out with his first Mighty Ducks figure and my Dad started a new collection of Street Sharks. I am very on edge when taking a kid (9 years old) into a store like this as it can be overwhelming, but as soon as Mike interacted with my son, the stress went right away. Was just like 2 friends talking toys. The prices were fair and Mike made deals with us along the way. I also met the owner, who was extremely welcoming and friendly, and also mentioned that the next generation in her family, also works there, which I think is also really cool. They have one of the largest squishy selections I've seen, and everything else in the store is also a great candidate for a great gift. They had a limited NeeDoh selection as well, and the way it works is that you have to spend $40 in store and then you can purchase a NeeDoh. They also had many different dumplings from RMS to Bun and a whole host of other superviral squishies as well. They honestly have a really great selection and it's located in a really pretty part of downtown Whittier. I really enjoyed speaking with the owner and I would highly recommend if you are on the hunt for a toy, game, or gift.

Inside is a little chaotic and claustrophobic but that kind of adds to the experience. Staff members seemed friendly and helpful, based on how they were interacting with other customers. On my last order I purchased the Dragon Ball Super, Kale Chase Set which says "Guaranteed MINT Condition." When I took the funko out of the pop protector they shipped it in, I noticed there was damage to the box. I tried contacting them through their "contact us" page on their website and received no response. I sent them a message on their Instagram page with a picture of the damaged funko pop and they replied asking if I would like a partial refund or return for a replacement. When I asked for the partial refund I received no response, I sent a follow up message and commented on one of their posts and still nothing. Instagram shows that they have seen my messages but have not replied. I am very upset because this shows that they really don't care or take care of their customers. On my other order I purchased a Dragon Ball Z 6" Shenron Funko Pop which stated it would "come with a Heavy Duty 0.5" mm Pop Protector." When I received it there was no protector, just bubble wrap. I would have been fine with just the bubble wrap if it didn't say it would include a protector on their website. I also tried contacting them on their "contact us" page for this order and received no response. I am an In Box Collector and I am very particular about the condition of my funko pop boxes when the website clearly says "Guaranteed Mint Condition." Don't make guarantees that you can't follow up on, and do a better job replying and taking care of your customers. You have lost what would have been a loyal and long time customer in me, I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again!

The owner replied that it was automatically canceled because of fraud when everything else that I bought today went through without a problem. I'm sitting on a well over 20 K in that account, and when I tried to call the business, there is nobody to speak to it goes to a voicemail telling you to contact their email.
