I've worked alongside with Teena and Gilbert at a few events taking photos and videos for clients and each time I've captured the special moments and decorations, it always seizes to amaze me with the attention to details, high quality, and beautiful artwork each time. After my daughter's horrific gender reveal experience, I was desperate to find a professional designer and planner--and to my luck, I found Great Event Solutions. Teena is wonderful to work with. She's easy-going, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. My daughter gave the team just a few ideas and colors she liked, and Teena knew exactly what to do. She decorated my daughter's baby shower beautifully, and we received several compliments throughout the event. Highly recommend!
Great Event Solutions did such a wonderful job with the ballon backdrop. They listened to every detail I wanted and had open communication with me regarding my wants and needs to match my Apple of Our Eye theme for my Babyshower. They also created the most beautiful flower arrangements and added apples as I wanted. I highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again for future events in my family. Having arrived at the location and having everything ready and set up just shows how punctual and efficient Great Event Solutions is. You won't regret working with them!
We contacted them to book our date and were lucky to have them come to decorate. We changed our minds ALOT and they have been very patient and accommodating. In the end we requested centerpieces, a headpiece for table and a backdrop. Everything was beautiful for my moms surprise bday and tied our party all together.
A beautiful masterpiece of my baby shower's balloon backdrop! It was my first time to get a balloon backdrop made by a professional artist, and it did not disappoint! I shared my inspiration project to the team and it was made just the way I wanted it. I was super happy on the outcome. I got so many compliments on the arrangement. Our vendors are so easy to work with and very friendly, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend them and I'll for sure hire them again in my future events!

I asked Teena to do a Rainbow High theme for my daughter's birthday. The decor came out beautiful, and exactly what my daughter wanted. I wanted to use a local vendor for decorations, and it definitely was money well spent. They came early to set up the day of the party, and everything was done perfectly. Great communication from booking all the way until pickup. I will always be using them for event decorations, they saved me a lot of time and stress of trying to do the decorations myself. She delivered exactly what I had asked for. Teena was very professional, arrived early and had the backdrop ready hours before the event started! I could not recommend them enough and would use them in the future!
Fantastic work and price! Teena and her partner showed up early to the venue and were very quick to set up the balloons amidst all the chaos of people running around. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to take down the panel too. They're very sweet people and would definitely use them again for future events

Special thank to Great Event Solutions for coming through on such short notice. Not only that, but I needed everything set up by 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning and not only were you able to provide exceptional service with less than 24 hours notice, but you even went out of your way to drive out to Agoura Hills at 5:30 AM, which is completely outside of your business hours, to make sure that our event was it everything we hope that would be! My husband contacted Great Event Solutions last minute for my drive-by baby shower and they were able to accommodate us. I was not part of the committee that selected Great Event Solutions to do Tuesday Senior Dance Club's 60th Anniversary photo background. As the Club Auditor, it's my role to review and evaluate the results of all the club's business transactions. The 5 star I gave this firm reflects my complete satisfaction of the services it provided us on 12/5/18 at Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills. Teena and her husband came on time, set up the photo props and balloon arc, left when done, and came back to clean up after the function. It was a smooth and hitch-less operation! We had a great experience with Teena & Gilbert in the Birthday/New Year's Eve Party we had in our home. They helped plan the decorations for the entryway of our home. They listened to our ideas and helped fit everything in our budget. Our guests used the decorations for the background for group photos. We received plenty of compliments in the party decor.
