My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The owner displayed a very unprofessional attitude and made little to no effort to be welcoming or engage in what should have been an exciting and meaningful event. Unfortunately, several issues arose during my event--my backdrop fell, and multiple balloons had popped. When I reached out to address these concerns, I was met with a dismissive response and was told the situation was not her responsibility. This lack of accountability was both frustrating and disheartening. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. I am BEYOND happy that I booked with Ana from Lala's Party Creations! She did an amazing job making the cutest backdrop/balloon garland for my son's first birthday. I was hesitant at first to book with someone, thinking maybe I shouldn't spend the money for this but in the end I'm so glad that I did! Everyone at the party thought that backdrop was so adorable! And it came out even better than the inspiration pictures that I originally sent Ana. Ana was very professional and friendly every time we made contact. She was pretty full with bookings for the weekend that I inquired about but she managed to squeeze me in.
