Ja'net came to the rescue with less than a weeks notice after my previous balloon arrangements fell through. She helped me with my new office Grand Opening (see attached photo) and the prices were fair and reasonable. She went above and beyond and provided exactly what I was looking for. We received a lot of praise for the Balloon displays Thank you again PoP Balloon! Prompt service, communication, delivery and customer service.

Wow. We can't say enough about the amazing display Ja'Net Wyatt from Pop! Balloons did for our recent "Bye Bye COVID-19" vaccine party. We wanted to make the day special and memorable for all of our assisted living and memory care residents, and Ja'Net delivered 110%. Everyone commented on how beautiful the displays were, but I think the favorite was a life-sized Nurse (bubble stethoscope included) that all of our residents and staff wanted a picture next to. Ja'Net was able to accommodate us on short notice, was prompt and professional in her setup, and truly made the day one to remember for us all. We are so grateful for her talent and skill, we will be using her again and again for years to come.

We used PoP! Balloons for our casual wedding celebration this month and they were great! We did some balloon columns up front, a couple of accent balloon clusters, and then some minion balloons for the kids area. Ja'Net was amazing to work with - timely, professional, and clearly skilled. The day was warmer than expected and she was able to improvise to make sure the balloons lasted. There was great communication during the brainstorming and planning process as we searched for the right balloon styles for our event. Ja'net provided AMAZING balloon centerpieces for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. She was extremely responsive as we discussed colors/design ideas. She sent me photos, drawings to help me decide what we wanted for the centerpieces. She made a mock up, so I could see how it would look. She went to my venue the day before and went to my venue several hours before the event. The event was outside (due to Covid) and 100 degree heat (not good for balloons), but Ja'net really went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our centerpieces survive the hot weather! I was beyond happy with her services and her beautiful centerpieces. In fact, the coordinator at the country club where we held the Bat Mitzvah was so impressed with the centerpieces and her level of service that she asked for her business card! read more

Wow. We can't say enough about the amazing display Ja'Net Wyatt from Pop! Balloons did for our recent "Bye Bye COVID-19" vaccine party. I decided to do something special for my husband's birthday in quarantine, and thought a balloon arrangement would be the perfect surprise! I went with a Pokemon-themed balloon bouquet! I have been dealing with Ja'Net for the past few weeks in regards to my sons 1st birthday which is next week. She has been SOOO accommodating and patient with me. I have never used so many balloons at any of the parties I have ever had. For my sons first birthday I'm ordering an arch, columns and center pieces. So I had tons of questions and wasn't sure what or how to estimate how much I needed. She is extremely helpful sent me pictures right away and guided me with what I needed and I didn't need! I have worked with Pop! Balloons for 2 parties and Ja"Net is amazing!! She created beautiful arrangements for my father in law's 100th birthday party. The balloons really created a festive feel for our party. Most recently, Ja'Net provided balloons for my daughter in law's baby shower. They were so creative and unusual. Every guest told us that the balloons were amazing & asked for her card for future events. Look at the Instagram page for photos of Ja'Net's work. You will hire Pop! Balloons in a snap!!! She went to the venue to check it out who she could advise what would work best. She arrived early to set up the arrangements most of which were already put together. Ja'Net worked quickly, made the room beautiful and whoosh...she was gone like a superhero! She then arrived at the end of the party to take down the balloons and clean up. From the start to the beginning Ja'net was great! I called to get a feel of what she can do and quotes. During the phone call she literally said she is driving to the place to get a visual of the venue so that she can give me her best input. The venue was maybe 10 mins away from her, but still, she did not need to do that, and she did above and beyond. That same night she sent me pictures and sketches of what she could do for the place I had. We talked about candy table, center piece balloons, dance floor balloons. Everything was clear. Very creative. Great customer service. I will definitely be back for my next event! read more

Our company was celebrating its 15th anniversary with a BBQ for 100 people at our warehouse location and we really needed something to provide a festive atmosphere. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. I cannot say enough great things about Ja'Net and her work. Ja'Net and I met at Ruth's Chris Steak House where I was holding a surprise 80th birthday party. Ja'Net showed my some pictures and I explained that I was a bit more over the top and was looking for arrangements that would be a bit on the wild side. Ja'Net, within a few days emailed me some pictures of what she thought I was looking for. Walla!! We are set with a great game plan. Ja'Net and I spoke many times over the next 7 months as I worried about perhaps not having enough balloons in some areas. Ja'Net went back to the restaurant and let me know that she did not think I needed to add another thing. We met at the restaurant the day of the party. Everything was perfect and done exactly as we had gone over. The room was incredible with the centerpieces which had lights and the columns at the doorway. All of my guest were amazed by the way the room looked. Ja'Net is a wonderful person, easy to work with and listens to what you want. I can't thank Ja'Net for helping to make this evening incredible.
