I was hesitant at first to book with someone, thinking maybe I shouldn't spend the money for this but in the end I'm so glad that I did! Everyone at the party thought that backdrop was so adorable! And it came out even better than the inspiration pictures that I originally sent Ana. Ana was very professional and friendly every time we made contact. She was pretty full with bookings for the weekend that I inquired about but she managed to squeeze me in. She was quick to respond to my messages whenever I had questions or wanted to change a few details. And even the day of the setup she did me a HUGE solid by making an additional simple balloon garland on the fly for my dessert table. I had never made a garland before so this was a major time saver for me since I had a ton of other little things to do for the party. By doing this, she showed me that she truly cares about her customers and making them happy. I would 10/10 recommend Lala's Party Creations. I know that I will going to her in the future Thank you so much Ana for making my baby boy's first birthday party special!

My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The owner displayed a very…read moreunprofessional attitude and made little to no effort to be welcoming or engage in what should have been an exciting and meaningful event. Unfortunately, several issues arose during my event--my backdrop fell, and multiple balloons had popped. When I reached out to address these concerns, I was met with a dismissive response and was told the situation was not her responsibility. This lack of accountability was both frustrating and disheartening. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. Overall, the level of service and professionalism fell far below expectations.

She absolutely crushed it for our event. Not only did the arch turn out gorgeous -- like, guests were taking photos in front of it all day -- but the level of professionalism she brought was next‑level. She literally drove three hours early in the morning just to make sure she had enough time to build everything exactly how we wanted. And let me tell you... the venue threw us curveball after curveball. Because of their disorganization, she had to move and rebuild the arch THREE different times. Three. And she didn't complain once. She just handled it, stayed calm, moved things around, and kept the vibe stress‑free. Honestly, she made the whole day easier. She also took the time to give the guest of honor a few words of encouragement, which was such a sweet, unexpected touch. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she's working with. Her attention to detail is amazing -- she asked upfront what we wanted, offered ideas, checked in throughout the process, and was just incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. And her pricing is super reasonable, especially for the amount of work, time, and heart she puts in. I would HIGHLY recommend Krystin for any event. She's talented, reliable, and just an all‑around great person to have on your team.

She truly brought our vision for our baby shower to life, and the end result was absolutely stunning. From the beginning, Krysten was incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful in her approach. I want to share a bit of the backstory because it really speaks to her professionalism and character. The coordination with our winery venue ended up being quite stressful, with event staff repeatedly changing details and not honoring what had been promised. Throughout all of this, Krysten handled everything with such kindness, patience, and grace. She had even blown up all the balloons ahead of time and arrived ready to go. When we initially discussed setup, we had been told we could place large light-up letters inside. However, when I returned, the display had been moved outside under an arch due to last-minute direction from the venue. It was a tough situation, especially since the space wasn't ideal for photos, which was a big part of the event. Krysten adapted quickly to the situation, doing her best to work within the venue's restrictions while also trying to protect the balloons from the heat. Once I was able to resolve things with the venue, she graciously moved everything back inside, something she absolutely should not have had to do. We also kept a portion of the balloons set up outside and took photos there quickly, hoping to avoid any issues with the heat. Throughout it all, she handled everything with professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude. In the end, the balloon installation was beyond beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. Krysten's creativity, flexibility, and kindness truly set her apart. If you are looking for someone to bring your event vision to life, I highly recommend Porch Perfect.
