She only required a deposit to book the date and time payable through Venmo, Zelle, or Cash. A waiver needed to be signed but I asked her to bring a copy the day of the event. It wasn't a problem, which I really appreciate. Her helper Nick arrived early to set up. It was a contactless set up due to COVID and it worked out perfectly. He was nice and very professional. The set up didn't take very long, maybe 30-40 minutes at the most. Our package included a 12x8 ball pit (mega ball pit), 4 animal bouncers, and a bubble machine for 4 hours. Marissa even provided extra bubbles and 2 tents for shade at no extra cost! Overall, Tiny Tots customer service was exceptional! We hired Tiny Tots Mobile for my sons first birthday last week and it was A-MAZING. From the first communication with Marissa to the day of set up and pick up. The setup was early before the party, and super accommodating we didn't know if we'd need he shade canopy but Marissa left it for us to use later in the day if we needed- and we did!
